So I originally made this to be a Valentine's Day special, but some...stuff...came up.

So instead I decided to make this a kind of Birthday Countdown for myself since it's coming up in a few days. I have two more chapters to write to make up for yesterday and for today.

Ayata's P.O.V.

"First, I'll stomp on his tail, then when he turns around, a thunder clap to his ears!" Lloyd explained as Wu walked into the room. "And when he's done, I'll disarm him!"

"Too late," Cole chuckled. "He's already hypnotized you."

"Or put you in a squeeze," Zane added.

"Or spray you with his hallucinatory venom." Kai shivered at the memory. "Trust me. Bad stuff."

Or, I thought bitterly, he's thrown you off a building.

Lloyd sighed, turning to his uncle. "Uh, uncle, what's the best way to defeat a serpentine if you don't know what kind they are?"

"Sadly, it was the sacred flute you four carelessly lost," Wu said as he sat down with us.

Jay immediately retaliated. "Ah, we didn't lose it! Pythor stole it!"

"Whatever the case, without it I fear we have nothing to combat their powers. Unless...."

"Unless what, Sensei?" Zane asked.

"Nothing," Wu quickly said as he poured himself a cup of tea. "As I was saying: we may have prevented them from uniting in the past, but they will try again. And one day, they will be stronger."

"Don't worry, Sensei. I've almost reached my full potential, and once I become the Green ninja, we're not gonna need the magic flute," Cole assured, firmly stating that he was going to be the green ninja.

"You're gonna be the green ninja?" Kai scoffed. "Haha, don't make me laugh."

"I thought that it was decided that I was going to be the Green ninja." Zane said with a confused look.

Jay laughed and patted his friends shoulder. "The only thing decided about you, Zane, is that you're weird."

The four ninjas started arguing about who was going to be this supposed 'destined' ninja. I rolled my eyes. Lloyd had told me all about it a couple days ago when we had came back from the last mission. I was still pretty beat, but I didn't let the others know about my condition. They'd get suspicious.

Apparently, this Green ninja was the destined ninja that would defeat the dark lord--err, Lloyd's father, in this case. Still have no idea who he is. I only know about him through whispers and rumors I've heard throughout the many places I've been to. Supposedly, he was this super evil dark lord that lived in the underworld, but had escaped somehow. I have a feeling the ninja had something to do with that.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Lloyd sighed as he walked over to his uncle and pointed at a rather large box. "What's in the box?"

"Your new uniforms."
