11. wedding preparations

Aditya pov

A month flew like minutes and now I'm here shopping for mine and zoya's wedding. "How about this?" Zoya asked showing a ghagra choli. "Hmm... this dress is nice but I'm not sure how it'll look on you" she hit me playfully and was looking through the dresses.

Suddenly someone blind folded me from my back and tied my hand within a minute. What? I tried to wiggle but I'm sure there were two pairs of arms holding me. I'm sure they're men. They had muscle.

Suddenly I was made to sit. Someone took ny blindfold off and shouted 'surprise'. When my eyes could see the faces clearly, I saw sid and I looked my both sides to find Rishaan and avinash along with Shanaya and.... zoya laughing at me.

"Your not so cute in this expression" said zoya giggling. I looked at sid who came to me and said,"well... someone else is also here" with a smug expression. "Hey adhi...." here comes she, my girl bestie. "Nishu..." I said and she hugged me. Followed by sid. The way sid hugged me, I was about to land on the floor.

"Guys, when did you come?" I asked and they gave a smile saying,"landed two hours ago and reached here with Rishaan and avinash" said sid.

"Hope you guys didn't fight on your way" I said and avinash said,"why do you ask that adhi, they were bickering like old married couples throughout the journey from the airport to here. See. My ears are bleeding I guess" theres no doubt.

They fight too much these days. "Anyway, guys you'll go home and rest, I'll be home after shopping. We can have a movie night. What say?" I said and all agreed and avinash took sid and  nisha home.

"Adhi... why dont you help her select the dress?" I heard shanaya's irritated  voice. "What happened?" I asked walking to where Shanaya and zoya were.

"She's not ready to buy any of this dresses for the reception. She's too too picky" shanaya said rolling her eyes while ,its glared at her and Rishaan who was laughing out.

"There's no need for it. We can manage it somehow" I said and Shanaya said,"ohh bro we need a dress." I then said,"ok fine. Take this then" and all were looking at me like,'are you for real'

"What?" I asked and looked at the dress to find it very ugly. It was dark green with gold spring works those were really old. I think last time I saw this design was when it was grandma's birthday.

"Oh sorry." I said and took a good long maxi dress which zoya also liked it half heartedly knowing we won't be able to find a dress as per her choice.

"How about this chain?" Zoya asked showing a necklace with a butterfly pendant with full of while stones and it had a little tint of white gold. "Hmm... let me see" j placed it in her neck and looked it. It was so beautiful. "It doesn't look that good" I said and now she was looking through other designs while I asked a sales girl to pack it.

She gave a smile and eyed between me and zoya and then said 'nice couple' silently and at the same time zoya turned to me and asked,"were you flirting with her?" I shook my head and said,"nothing"

After nearly 8 hours if shopping, we were back home. And the worst thing is that we have to go tomorrow too. I said I have to be with friends and planned to stay back.

Zoya pov

I saw how close adhi was with his friends when he was really surprised seeing them."come on. Are you day dreaming.... wait. About me?" Adhi asked wiggling his eyebrows.

I huffed and said,"in your dreams" he just shrugged and followed me with the bags while I also carried few with a protest. I'm not that type of a girl who wants her man to carry things for her.
