17. His care, Her tantrum

Zoya pov

All were very happy to know about my pregnancy. The most happiest fact in my view is that there is no complications as I thought there would be. Adhi was really happy and he was running here and there since we came home. I was made to rest and once in a while he brings me a juice, any fruits and what not.

It was around..... 10 in the morning when I woke up. Its my third month of pregnancy and Shanaya is 10 weeks.  I have never been a late sleeper. I usually wake early but today was different. I kept my hand on my belly. Eventhiugh I didnt feel, I could feel from my heart that I'm carrying another life in me.

The thing that I cant take is food. I mean, how am I supposed to eat when all I do is throw up. I'm happy I dont have these morning sicknesses. But, the fact I cant eat what I love is.... you may know how I feel.

It was around 5 in the evening, "shanaya.... see zoya is very good. She eats and you... your behaving like a toddler" I heard mom. I was just climbing down the stairs.

"And you say that Shanaya finishes her food and not me when I dont eat" I said folding my arms. Mom glared at me and Shanaya walked to me with a giggle. She mockingly said,"see zoya, they're really like our maths teacher. You remember?" Actualky, that's the truth by one way.

There was our maths teacher during our high schools who always says the A class is better than us and then one day when we were crossing by, she said that the B class, that is ours is the best. From then, whenever our teacher says that, we both fall into a fits of laughter.

"Baby.... why dont you eat? Just have some... for the baby?" Here comes Rishaan. Lover boy. Thank god adhi is not around. I dont want to eat right now. And even the food Shanaya is eating makes me want to puke. The smell. Duh.

"Sweetheart" I heard adhi and I just wanted to hide as soon as possible. I walked in the kitchen and hid behind a rack. "Shes here" mom? I glared at her and she said,"for you mocking me" she smirked and walked out.

"Baby... why are you here?" He asked pulling me to him. Be pecked my lip and said,"will you, zoya give me the honor to take you on a date?" I grinned wide and then pouted. "What happened?" He asked and I said,"I cant eat" he then thought for a while and said,"its some different date." I grinned and shanaya said from the door,"of course, she's going to come with you"

We were ready to go and at the right time I felt weak. I didnt want to let adhi know since this is the first time we're going out in this 3 months. My hand involuntarily reached to my invisible baby bump and a smile itched to form.

"Shall we? Wait..." adhi said and I looked at him confused. "You look.... not well" he said and by the time he was near me, I saw black drops form in front of ny eyes and darkness took over me.

Aditya pov

I carried zoya to the couch and sprinkled water on her face and that's when she opened her eyes and asked,"why are you crying?" I touched my cheeks and felt the tears.

"Are you ok? You want to go to the doctor? " I asked and anju aunty said,"it happens, son. If she rests, it'll be all right" I sighed and carried zoya to our bedroom.

I wrapped my arms around zoya and she snuggled closer to me. She looked like a rabbit while sleeping. I kissed her forehead and was about to close my eyes when the triplets barged in the room. I gestured them to shushsh. They nodded and I signalled them to come sit on the couch.

"Bhai... mom said, zoya di fainted"said smrithi. "It seems to be a common thing. But see, she's fine and sleeping like a bear" I said and all three giggled silently. "Am I a bear?" I heard zoya and all the three smirked and walked out the room.

"No... your not a bear. Why would you think so?" She opened her eyes and asked,"didn't you say I was sleeping like a bear?" I shook my head innocently. She came on top of me and asked for which I said no again.

"Answer me truthfully Mr.Adhi." she said and kissed my jawline and then my neck and my chest. Her one hand reached to my lower abdomen and she smirked to how She had an effect on me after 2 whole years and 4 months to be exact.

He lips came near mine, but didn't touch. Shes really playing with ny patience. I moved my head up but she pulled back and finally she came close but just brushed. "Yes I did. And you heard it  why all these.." she placed her lip on mine.

It felt like years since we kissed when it was just today morning. "For this"she said showing my lip. She then smirked and left me there. She came out of the washroom fresh. "You too better have a bath. Your stinky" she said. These days i get to see many different sides of her. I'm happy that i dont have to be beaten like Rishaan.

Shanaya keeps on fighting, hitting and what not? She has a weird kind of moodswings or... she had it all planned already. She'd do. Ziya was only being moody and thank God she doesn't fight. "Adhi.... what are you doing still? I asked you to have a bath. And tour here still kn bed making me angry" I just said and it happened. Dont know how much its drain me.

"Dont you know to take a towel. Always asking me for the stupid towel. Just come and get it. It's not that I havent seen anything"  this is what she said when I asked for a towel.

I came out and took the towel. Tied it around my waist and hugged her from back. She tried to wiggle but my hold was stronger and I caressed her waist throught the saree. She relaxed and leaned on my chest. "I'm sorry. I'm reacting too much. She said and I shook my head.  "Its you and I dont expect a sorry but..... Something else would do.

She turned around and pressed a firm kiss to my cheek and grinned before hugging me. We stood like that for how long? I dont know but I heard her say,"my legs are paining" understanding,  I carried her to bed and made her lie down. She smiled and asked me to join her in bed. I wore my shirts and was with her on bed.

"Will you please wake up"zoya said and I woke up feeling tired somewhat due to the heavy work load yesterday. "What happened baby" I asked and noticed the time was 1 in midnight. "I want carrot halwa, now." She said and i asked,"where can i get halfway, now?"

"I dont know that, but i want it" she said and started to cry. "Hey hey zo... don't cry" I said wiping away her tears. "I'm being a very bad wife. You sleep. " she said and I stood up and walked down to the kitchen. I turned on my laptop and made galway according to the recipe.

J was helk scared whether it tastes good or not  I tasted it a little and wow. It did taste great. "Here, halwa for my baby's mother" I said and her eyes lit up. I'm sure she wont be able to sleep. Last few weeks had been like this.

It's only a month to go and our baby will be with us. These days, soya had got fat and I like it. She's got beautiful cheeks I just want to pinch them.

"Thank you so much dear daddy" she said in a baby accent and continued having her halwa. I walked into the washroom and washed my face before going to her and sleep after her midnight sweet.

Likewise, yesterday she wanted pani puri and thanks to Shanaya who bought it the before evening. Rishaan is also in a hard time like me. But, we both talk that the baby is worth everything we had to do and face. I love my zoya and Rishaan too love my sister.

So.... I guess the chap was good.
