I Won't Let You Go

Chapter 16

Several weeks have passed and Agnetha's mental state was improving. She was incredibly grateful to have her friends and family by her side supporting her as well as her fans. Most importantly, she was grateful to have Björn by her side as well as her children and grandchildren.

Björn's birthday was coming up and having done something special for her on her birthday, along with the fact that he had helped her so much over the past three months, Agnetha was determined to do something for him on his birthday. She wanted his birthday to be perfect.

Agnetha spoke to Linda and Christian on what they were going to do on Björn's birthday. She wanted it to be special and perfect especially since she knew that Lena would be there with Emma and Anna and their children. And she really wanted his birthday to serve as a thank you for helping her and staying beside her over the past three months.

"Mama, you should take him out to brunch," Linda suggested.

"Are you sure about that?" Agnetha asked, sounding hesitant.

"Yeah, it's something simple for him, you know," Linda replied.

"And it's better than the 20 cups of coffee that he drinks on a daily basis, along with the fact that he'll be spending time with you, Mama," Christian added.

"I suppose" Agnetha sighed.

"There you go, Mama! You and Papa will have an amazing time together for sure!" Linda replied.

Agnetha went upstairs and got ready for the day. She found herself a nice little dinner in Ekerö where she and Björn could brunch for his birthday. She was truly looking forward to making April 25, 2019, all the more special. Agnetha, Björn, and the family carried on throughout the day and were looking forward to Björn's birthday tomorrow.

Björn woke up early that morning and was truly blessed to be waking up with his beautiful golden angel sleeping peacefully by his side. He kissed her gently on the forehead before heading to the bathroom to get ready for the day as Agnetha stirred in her sleep.

Agnetha woke up shortly afterwards and was about to freak out over Björn not being by her side until she noticed the light on her en suite bathroom being on, along with the shower also being on. It immediately reassured her that Björn was just getting ready for the day. She smiled and hopped out of bed looking forward to their day out.

Agnetha got ready for the day in the bathroom down the hall from her bedroom, which was next to Linda's bedroom before heading for breakfast. The family also had a surprise party planned for Björn at Ekerö, much like they did with Agnetha's birthday nearly three weeks earlier.

The family also prepared some Belgian waffles and fruit like they did with Agnetha's birthday as well. Björn came down for breakfast looking very optimistic that he would spend it with Agnetha by his side no matter what. Agnetha herself was determined that this day would go perfectly without any flaws, but to Björn, those flaws didn't matter. He just wanted Agnetha with him always.

After blowing out the candles on the Belgian waffles, Björn smiled profoundly and was already immensely grateful for all the birthday messages he was receiving from his family, his friends, and his fans. He had been checking all the posts on social media made about him for his birthday and couldn't be anymore proud.

"Thank you all so much! I love you guys!" Björn exclaimed.

"We love you too, Papa," Linda replied.

"But you and Mama should grab your jackets, your car keys and your wallets," Christian said.

"Why?" Björn asked.

"Well as a matter of fact, I'll drive you both," Christian suggested as he got up.
