TRACEY'S POV:

The light blinded my eyes and I was forced to wake up.  Miss Marie must have opened up my windows just so I'd get disturbed by the light and get my ass up. This was her only way of getting me to wake up on weekends.

"Breakfast is ready, honey." I heard her shout from the below the stairs. I stood up in disgust and made my way to close up the curtains and get back to sleep until I saw Norman.

Holy Mother! He was running past my house, shirtless. His Abs were muscularly shaped to every girl's desire. And his Blonde hair was looking wet and beautiful as always. He was putting on a blue shorts and a pair of white sneakers. He just always looked so good..

"Breakfast is actually ready,Tracey!" Diane called from the doorstep of my room. I must have drooled enough to have been oblivious of her entry.

"I'm coming. Ugh!" I faced her, sternly, hating that she had to disturb my object of attention. She finally sighed and left.

I turned back to keep my check on Norman but he had run past my house. I groaned in anger. I never felt this way about Kyle. Kyle wasn't as perfect looking as Norman,I just dated him because of the popularity that followed. Norman and Kyle were the best basketball players in their team and everyone died to hang out with them. So when Kyle asked me out,I didn't hesitate. But now that I've gained all the popularity that I want,Kyle now seems useless and my heart has seem to find it's true love.

Just that I fail to see his Obsession about Aly. Aly has been my best friend since kindergarten and I know that she's not the dating type. She can literally stab any boy who touches her and doesn't even want to involve herself in conversations that involves sex. Though she's brown, slim and beautiful with innocent caramel-like eyes,Alyssa is quick to anger which could end up making her violent. She is way too out of Norman's league. They can just never be compatible.

But how will Norman get to see that it's pointless..?

Almost immediately,my eyes slid up to my small sized calendar that was hung on the wall,I had all the important dates marked and I noticed that a particular date was marked for next week. Alyssa's Birthday?.

"Ohmigod. Wow!" I gasped.

There it was. I had a great idea.

I could use this chance wisely. If I could find a way to let Norman know a few things about Alyssa's opinion about love and sex.

Maybe he'd get disgusted at her responses and withdraw after all.

If I can't have Norman. No one will.

********************************************************************

"A party? At your house?" Mia asked as she adjusted her glasses.

"Yes. Like a surprise birthday party for her?" Tracey said. Clapping her hands in excitement.

"Can't I just take her out? You Know? She might eventually change her mind towards me?" Norman inquired, raising an eyebrow.

"No." Tracey retorted.

"Alyssa would not go out with you,Norman." Mia said calmly.

"And why not? What the heck is wrong with that girl? Why is she always behaving like some proud bitch that has got it all going for her? She hardly ever talks to me." Norman complained, throwing a punch at the table.

"She hardly ever talks to anyone,Bro." Kyle added, tapping his shoulder.

"Stop making her seem like a bad figure to everyone. The girl wants to be left alone and might just never have feelings for you." Mia said, facing Norman.

"It's true." Tracey smiled and flipped her hair wildly.

"I think throwing a party for Alyssa is a very cool idea. Who knows? She might step out of her anti-social shell and make new friends." Kyle said quickly, trying to ease the situation. "She might even make time to hear you out." He added.

Norman smiled at the thought of that.

"We would start sending out secret
Invitation letters" Tracey squealed happily.
"I honestly can't wait to see the shock on her face and all that would be installed for her"

"She would definitely love it." Mia replied.

"It's a Friday right?" Kyle asked, irritated at Tracey's excitement. He knew her too well to not suspect that she was up to something. But they were best friends, she wouldn't plan any weird stuff for her bestfriend.

"Yeah. The party is going to be a long Friday night." Tracey said.

Norman nodded his head in agreement.
"We have practice right now. See you girls later." He stood up and winked. Kyle also followed suit and left.

"Are you sure we should be doing this,Tracey?" Mia asked with concern.

"Why not? What's wrong?"

"Alyssa isn't basically a party girl. She wouldn't want to stay the night with a whole bunch of crowd even if it's her birthday." Mia said.

"Oh come on. We are her best friends. She'll stay with us." Tracey bit one of her nails to meet up with the other sizes.

"You know? Alyssa just always act like there's this scar hidden somewhere in her skin that she's ashamed of and always trying to hide away from everyone in case it gets seen.." Mia folded her arms together.

"Just what do you mean?"

"Are you sure she won't get mad at us rather than being happy and surprised like every other person does?" Mia asked with her brows high.

"Don't worry. She'll be fine." Tracey assured her.

"She'll love it." She added as she applied more lipstick to her lips.

"She'll love it" She repeated, under her breath.
