Anna didn't understand her sisters motives. Tears welled up in her eyes as Elsa shut the door to her bedroom, with a glance that told Anna she did not want it opened. Anna held her breath. The substantial hallways of the castle were going to be lonely, she could tell. As the girl's tiny feet carried her through the corridors, she pictured her sister beside her. Many days passed and Anna decided to knock on the ever closed door.

Anna's little hand made a pattern, she hoped would lure Elsa out of the inaudible room. When there was no answer to be heard, Anna tried a different tactic. "Do you wanna build a snowman?" She sang without instrument. "Come on let's go and play!" She begged. "I never see you anymore." Anna leaned against the door, staring up at the ceiling.  "Come out the door." She got down on her hands and knees, trying to see her sister. "It's like you've gone away..."

Anna sighed and walked away, she continued singing to herself as she ventured around. "We used to be best buddies...and now we're not." She exhaled while playing with two look-alike dolls. She fell back against the carpet. "I wish you would tell me why!" Many minutes passed and she wandered back to Elsa's room, determined to get her out. "Do you wanna build a snowman?" She leaned into the lock. "It doesn't have to be a snowman."

Anna's sisters sigh proved she was annoyed. "Go away Anna." She stated. "Okay bye..." Anna, now gloomy, shuffled away. She decided to find her mother. Queen Iduna would most definitely sing a song, or tell a story. Blurred memories of her beautiful voice filled Anna's head. "Sleep my darling safe and sound..." She sang to herself, and arrived at her mother and fathers door. She went to open it, but their hushed voices startled her. "I know I know she's lonely...I feel so bad..." The woman's voice wavered through Anna's ears. She sighed and walked away, headed off to find some useless boring thing to do.

Anna sat up suddenly, it was bright outside. her hair was a mess. she hopped out of bed and ran over to her mirror. Anna brushed through the strawberry blonde hair quickly. She had made a routine to knock on her sisters door every Tuesday. She quickly braided into pigtails, stopping for a moment to look at the white stripe that ran through her hair.

She shrugged and sped off, not caring what she as wearing. She giggled as she reached the door. "Do you wanna build a snowman?" She said happily. At the huff her sister gave off, she ran away quickly. Anna pulled her bike out of a large closet and began riding on it. "Or ride our bikes around the halls?" She sang as she rode down the stairs. She fell into a piece of armors arms. "I think some company is over-due." Anna said as she ran around the halls. She flopped onto a couch in one of the decorated hallways.

"I've started talking to the pictures on the walls! Hang in there Jonas." She said, winking at a painting. Hours passed and Anna grew restless. "It gets a little lonely, all these empty rooms_" She twirled around the large ballroom and soon went to watch the click. Her feet moved at rhythm with the grand clocks chime. "Just watching the hours tick by," She clicked her tongue at motion with the seconds. "ticktock, ticktock, ticktock, ticktock."

Anna's legs swung back and forth as she sat at the large dining table. Her parents were accompanying Elsa, so all she could do was wait and eat. A salad was placed before her and she ate slowly. The crunchy vegetables did not soothe her nerves, and her shaking hands made it almost impossible to eat. She stood up and frantically ran back to her room.

She didn't understand what was happening. She was breathing quickly and her hands were terribly cold. Anna began to come up with the worst assumptions. She fell to her knees in front of her bed, her sobs echoing through her room, and into the hallway. Gerda appeared in the doorway, concern plastered upon her face. "Princess Anna are you alright?" She asked anxiously. Anna shook her head, unable to speak. Gerda rushed out of the room.
