I was nervous to read Rosalind's diary

I was nervous to read Rosalind's diary. It felt as if I was invading her personal space. We all were big on our spaces. We never overstepped our boundaries. But it was something that had to be done.

Rosalind wrote everything in her diary. Kelly and Blake were already waiting for the other three to arrive. I was sitting on my bed staring at nothing in particular. I wasn't anxious to know about how she got anxious. Okay, maybe I was uneasy about that because Blake said to keep an open mind about her being drugged and raped. After the sentence left his mouth, the next thing we knew was Lenny's fist meeting his cheek.

None of us held him back because Blake needs to learn to be slightly sensitive. The thing I dreaded the most was to read her perspective about our fight. Brianna and I decided to do that privately since that was the reason our friendship drifted apart. That was the reason all three of us became strangers.

A soft knock distracted me from my thoughts and anxiety. I blinked away the few tears forming in my eyes. I got up, straightened my dress and opened the door. Blake looked at me and furrowed his brows in confusion.

"Yes, I was crying and no I cannot move on even though it has been many days since her death was announced." I answered.

He widened his eyes and I gave him another deadly glare and said, "No, I am not a psychic. You're just predictable."

"I never mean to be rude. Atleast its not my intention to be." He defended himself.

"I know and I understand that, but they don't. So please, no rude or blunt comments today. I don't want anybody to punch you today."

He nodded and we all entered Kelly's room. It was much messier now since we had collected some clues which led to many theories. Some didn't even make sense but we were open to anything and everything.

Shortly after Brianna arrived with the diary in her hand. She sat next to me, clutching the book tightly than before.

"The boys should be here soon. I called them but Jordan's motorbike stopped working so they were fixing it."

"Alright. I guess we can wait a little bit more." I shrugged, controlling my urge to start reading.

Blake and Kelly were looking at the white board, trying to figure out the clues and get their big break in the case.

But at the same time, we all were very careful since this was supposed to be an undercover operation.

The doorbell rang and I rushed to open it. Jordan and Lenny both looked exhausted and covered in grease.

"Wash your face and then come to the room." I ordered them and walked back.

Shortly after they all joined us in the room and we began.

Kelly decided to open up the book since she led this investigation and also because all the four of us were hesitant about it.

After turning a few pages and reading some stuff, she finally came to the page because of which we all were gathered here today.
