HOPE's POV
Hinila kong agad si Taliyya sa labas ng hall nila para kausapin.
Nastalia is still not ready para malaman ang issue saamin.
"Why?" She asked when we stopped.
"Nastalia don't know anything about us. After you left, sky and I exchanged names." I said.
"Why did you do that?" She asked.
"I was so depressed when you left me and I wanted to forget everything that happened." I said.
And everything flashed back.
It was when I first met her.
--FLASHBACK--
Another boring day.
Nothing new.
Just the same lame day of mine.
"Good morning everyone." Mrs. Arcania said.
As soon as she said that, umayos kami ng upo.
"Well, before we start our training, let me introduce a new student who will be joining intermediates from this day, onwards." She said.
Napatingin naman ako agad.
N-new student in i-intermediate?
Don't tell me it's her?
"Hi."
Nah, it's not hope.
Hindi na ako nagtuon ng pansin dahil wala rin naman akong pake.
"I'm Taliyya Joy Hayashi. Please take care of me." She said.
Ugh.
Gusto ko na lang matulog.
Ba't ba kasi nandito pa ako ngayon?
Dapat natulog na lang ako eh.

"Uh, Mr. Arisga?"
Napalingon naman ako sa pagtawag ni Mrs. Arcania.
"I said, are you with me?"
I nodded at umayos ng upo.
"Sa tabi mo si Ms. Hayashi, be nice to her." She said.
What the hell?
"Hi, what's your name?" She asked as soon as she sit.
"None of your business." I said.
"Hi, Mr. None-of-your-business, nice to meet you." She said.
Nilabas nya pa ang kamay nya para maghand shake kami.
Tinaas ko ang kilay ko sa sinabi.
"Stupid." I said.
"What?!" She said.
Hindi ko na rin namalayan na wala na si Mrs. Arcania.
"I just said stupid. Are you deaf?" I said.
"Ganyan mo ba itreat ang new student? Alam mo, iiwanan ka ng tao kung ganyan attitude mo."
"What did you just say?!" I shouted.
"I just said, fix your attitude. Are you deaf?" Sabi pa nya.
"Are you copying me?!" Sigaw ko sakanya.
"Nyenyenye." Bulong nya.
"I'm outta here." I said.
Tumayo na ako para umalis at biglang napatigil sa sinabi n'ya.
