Liana, Clark  laugh at Jack who is happily eating a nougat.

She knows that Jack is bad, and they may end up killing him...

But who doesn't love free candy?

She is tempted to scratch the killing him idea out.

If he keeps bringing her candy.

Then again she could just pretend and let him  experience a small taste of life, before she rips it from him.

Who knows when he may flip and try to kill them  all like lucifer.

He is Lucifer's spawn after all.

What good would he bring?

Just destruction like his father.

A door opens and Clark is first to notice.

"Mm. Hey mom"

Clark turns to where the door opened as  Liana and Jack  just eats more candy, enjoying it's flavour.

Jack gives Liana  a small smile and she turns away from him.

Liana can see his eyes showing hurt by her ignoring him,  but she  shakes  it off.

Like he would have any feelings of hurt.

"Uh... are you okay?"

"Yeah.Jack was, um, just hungry. I don't think he's ever had candy before"

"i like it. I like nougat"

Jack turns to the sherriff as he says it.

"He really likes it"

Clark adds

"Do you like nougat? Have you had it before?"

Jack questions Liana with a stupid innocent smile on his face.

"No, Older brothers told me it kills you"

Liana says nonchalantly  as she takes  another bite.

 Jack stops eating looking at the candy then Liana  again.

"i'm going to die?"

Jack questions  like a child.

Liana smirks more, knowing he wouldn't understand sarcasm.

"Yep. It slowly eats away at your insides. As revenge. Since you ate it slowly, it will do so to you"

Jack's eyes widen.

"Wouldn't you die too?"

"Trust me, it only kills you, It likes me"

Jack grows more confused.

"Did you see.... there's something wrong with the lights"

Sherriff states 

Liana  stops eating, knowing exactly why.

Jack.

"It's uh...(Chuckles) It's crazy. Show her the, mm thing"

Clark says to Jack who looks at him before turning to Liana.

It was as if he was asking her  if he should.

Liana grows confused by this.

Why is he always asking her, if these things are okay?

It is weird.

And for a spawn of lucifer,  he is acting so clueless.

Must be some trick, to lure you in before he takes you out.
