Sam hangs up the phone as Mia, Liana and him sit opposite Mia's laptop.
Liana is next to Mia, then Sam.
"What?"
Mia questions as Sam sighs deeply putting his phone in his front pocket.
"Dean says Tom is in the clear"
Sam says to Mia.
"How do you know?"
Mia questions him.
"He, uh, he handed him a silver dollar. Didn't burn. Turns out your assistant's just a nice guy with five cats."
"What are you doing?"
Mia asks looking at her laptop that Liana is on.
Liana is checking out the surveillance outside of her house.
See who comes in, and who comes out.
"I'm scrubbing your security cam footage. If anyone's eyes flare..."
Liana starts
"Then they're the shifter."
Mia finishes
"Exactly"
"Right"
"So... tell me, how exactly does this work with your patients?"
Sam asks Mia as Liana is scrubbing the footage.
"You show up as their dead relatives, and they think what?"
Sam finishes as he looks at Mia, occasionally glancing at what Liana's ding then back to Mia.
"Honestly? They don't really care."
Mia says
Liana glances at Mia before going back to the footage.
"They chalk it up to hypnotism, a lucid dream. They it away because at the end of the day, they get to say goodbye."
"Hmmm. And that works?"
Sam questions Mia.
"Mmm-hmm. People?We're hardwired to want closure. You know? You both never got a chance to say goodbye either, did you's?"
Mia says to Liana and Sam.
The pair ignore Mia as they realise they found something.
"Woah, woah. Check that out."
Sam motions to the screen and Liana Zooms up on the man with flared eyes.
"There. who's that?"
Sam says pointing to the man who has flares eyes, the shifter.
Liana recognising him as Jack said hello to him earlier.
"That's John Driscoll."
Mia says and both Liana and Sam turns to her.
"Do you have his phone number?"
Liana says to Mia.
Mia nods as she tumbles to get it for Liana.
Mia thanks her as she traces the phone number, finding out where he is.
"Got it"
Liana says to Sam.
Sam nods as the pair stumble to get up.
