Dean  takes  a swig of his beer from  his flask.

He catches Mia's gaze as she shakes her head at Dean as he seals it again.

"Problem?"

Dean questions, arching an eyebrow at Mia.

"You just upset your brother and sister so much,  that they had to leave the room."

Mia says as Dean puts the flask in his coat pocket.

"And Jack? Look at him."

Mia motions to Jack who is siting up right arms on the arms of the chair as he stare blankly at the floor.

Dean turns to Jack as Jack does a sharp  unnoticeable glance at Dean then looks back at the ground.

"He's terrified of you."

Mia says, looking at Dean again.

"Nah. No we're simpatico. Right, kid?"

Dean says to Jack and Mia turns her attention to Jack.

Jack slowly raises his head, like a robot.

"We're simpatico."

Jacks says in monotone as he turns to Mia who turns to Dean and Dean motions to Jack.

"Convincing"

Mia says 

Dean  looks away as Mia moves in her seat.

"You're angry,  Dean."

Mia states

"And?"

Dean questions her.

"And if you don't want to do anything about it, that's your business. But you're aiming it at everyone in your life."

Mia finishes.

Sam then barges in, followed by Liana with guns drawn, pointed at Mia.

"She's a shape-shifter!"

Sam yells as Jack comes to his feet standing next to Liana, latching onto her hand which she smiles at him at before turning and glaring at Mia.

  Dean gets up moving next to Sam.

"No, No"

Mia says getting up, backing into the corner of the room.

"We found hair and.. teeth. Must have shed your skin, what, a couple hours ago?"

Liana says  as Dean draws his gun.

"And here, I thought she was annoying."

Dean adds.

"What's going on?"

Jack questions confused.

"Doc's a monster. She killed her patients"

Dean answers

"No! No, no."

Holding her hands out as she defends herself.

Sam gives her a look.

"I am what you say, but I have never killed anyone" 

Mia explains.

"Then what are you doing here?"

Sam questions her.

"I'm helping people. My patients. I shift into the person that they've lost so that they could see them one last time, so that they could say goodbye."
