"This is crazy"

"When Jack became human, I was worried, you know, given what we do, that--that something could happen to him, but I thought it'd be a vampire or a ghoul, not a freaking cough."

"He's just a kid"

"Hey, hey, hey. Cass.."

Sam motions to Dean, Cass and then Liana, as a doctor approaches.

The same doctor that treated Jack.

Liana has been silent for the last 20 minutes.

Just standing as she leans on a wall.

The boys finally got her to stop crying, but now they can't get her to speak.

She is like a zombie.

"Doctor"

The Doctor walks over to Sam, Liana, Dean and Cass, with a clipboard in her hand.

Liana just listen in, unreposnsive.

"So, um.....What do we know?"

"Well, I can tell you what we don't know"

"I don't like the sound of that"

"Jack's test results all came back negative"

Liana's eyes light up slightly, at the fact Jack's tests have all been negative.

"That's great, right?"

"Well Jack-- he's very ill. We're just not sure what we're up against."

"You said his tests came back negative"

"Well, those tests, but we have to run more tests"

"More tests?"

"Yes, until we can figure out what's happening to him"

"What is happening to him right now?"

"Jack... Jack's in total systemic failure. His body's in the process of shutting down."

Liana's eyes dim once again as she knows what that means.

Jack's body is dying, and clearly the doctors have no idea how to stop it.

Which means, Jack is going to die.

Liana sits with Cass, as they sit by Jack.

Liana holding Jack's hand as he smiles up at her.

Liana smiles weakly down at him.

"What the doctor say?"

"Oh, all tests you took, came back negative, but apparently they need to run more"

"Why?"

"Because they can't understand what is wrong with you"

"What is wrong with me?"

"Nothing. Nothing is wrong with you"

"Liana..."

"Shush. Don't. Nothing bad is going to happen. You are going to be okay. You here me? You can't leave me that easily. You promised"

Jack nods at Liana's words.

"Liana's right Jack, we are going to find out what is going on, and put an end to it. We——I promised  your mother I would take care of you."

Jack smiles at Cass.

Sam and Dean are looking into the room where Cass, Liana and Jack are in.

Watching how Liana and Jack talk and laugh with one another.
