Cass has a hand over Jack's forehead.

Cass is trying to see what is wrong with Jack.

Cass moves his head down more to Jacks chest.

Jack begins to sit up slightly as he coughs up blood.

Liana, Sam and Dean are waiting outside.

Liana wanted to go in, but her brothers, and Cass, told her it was best to wait.

She has not said a word.

Liana is just leaning on the wall next to Sam.

"What's taking so long?"

"I don't know. Whatever's going on with Jack is probably complicated."

"Yeah, but, I mean, weird stuff happens to kids all the time. They get coughs, bloody noses. Liana got that too. But this... this seems different"

The door to Jack's room opens.

Cass walks out, heading towards Liana, Sam and Dean.

Liana's head perks up, as she looks at Cass.

"Is he okay?"

"(Sighs) I--I did what I could, but I don't-- I--I don't know what's wrong with him."

"But you can figure it out, right?"

The sound of someone falling fills, all their ears.

Liana turns like lightning, as she runs into Jack's room.

Liana runs in to see Jack coughing and wheezing on the floor, on the other side of his bed.

Liana runs to him, as fast as she could, her brothers following her.

"Jack! Jack!"

Foam fills Jack's mouth, as he starts to go into a seizure.

"Sam! Dean! Cass! Help! Guys!"

Liana turns to the trio, as they stare at her.

Tears escape her eyes.

"Okay, come on, let's take him to the hospital"

Sam leans down, as he lifts up Jack.

Dean pulls Liana to her feet as they head Baby.

Dean leading the way, as he leads Liana behind him, followed by Cass.

The engine revs, as Dean starts baby.

Sam and Dean in the front, as Liana sits in the back with Jack and Cass.

Jack is lying down, head resting on Liana's lap.

Feet up on Cass.

Liana pays with Jack's hair, as she stays silent.

"Liana, he'll be okay"

Cass places a hand on Liana's shoulder.

Liana turns to Cass.

"Will he?"

Cass nods slowly and Liana looks from Cass to Jack.

Jack slowly raises his hand as he wipes a tear from one of Liana's eyes.

Liana smiles weakly at him as he returns it as he lowers his hand back down to his side.

The door to the hospital burst open as Liana leads the way with Dean.

Sam and Cass carrying Jack in.

One of Jack's arm's around each of Sam's and Cass's shoulders.

"I need a doctor! Hey"
