That bitch be talking non stop shit which I didn't get even a word of but I knew I heard this.

"stay away from Jay he is mine find yours! You whore" she yelled. I was not the type of girl that will talk back but I've had enough.

"you know what Maddie, it's over between you two and those words coming from a girl like you just doesn't make any sense because of the fact that you're a complete slut and you have slept with all the guys in this whole school and you have got nothing compared to me now if you will excuse me i have somewhere to go to and I owe you no damn explanation" I said shoving her as I walked past.

She huffed and walked away but there was someone who didn't it was Ruby one of the head cheerleaders with strawberry blond hair, nice figure, quiet she walked under Maddie's shadow because of that and she was what guys wanted she was actually beautiful a lot more than Maddie.

Guys only slept with Maddie for the reputation but guys wanted Ruby and I have solid prove but I won't say. A simple "hi" cut thought my thinking

"uhm hi" I said unsure of what to say.

"yeah I know it's all awkward cause like I'm with Maddie and stuff I just want to let you know I'm not a part of this I feel it's wrong but she won't listen to me and I don't have anything against you so I will not hurt you" she said looking down and fiddling with her fingers.

"it's okay we are cool I don't have anything against you either" I replied

"good..... We should hang out sometime" she finally looked up and when I looked at her I felt she was saying the truth.

"we should, give me your number I'll contact you" we exchanged numbers and goodbyes. 

I completely forgot about Jay till he spoke

"ready to go now?" he asked

"Yeah sure" I replied

The dinner was nice and quiet Jay didn't bother asking what was up with those girls and I was glad about that.

He dropped me at home I was too tired to have a bath after this day that I just went to sleep.

Liam's POV

I kept tossing and turning on my bed thinking about Evie.

It broke my heart that she wore Jay's number to the game tonight it was like there was something between them but then she was going to homecoming with me yeah?.

But they seemed to be having fun I was hurt I couldn't sleep. Seeing her that happy with another guy didn't seem right I mean did that kiss mean nothing to her or did she just do it because she was excited.

I shook the thought out of my head and tried calling her it rang but she did not pick so I assumed she must have fallen asleep so I decided to do so too after a while I did fall asleep.

An annoying sound filled my ears I opened my eyes and it was my alarm clock.

I groaned and got out of bed I hit the showers and went downstairs to have breakfast, pancakes and bacon I quickly ate and headed to school.

On my way to school I couldn't help but think about Evie what has this girl done to me. I reached school packed in my usual spot threw on my back pack and headed to my locker.

I saw her sticking her head into the locker packing her books out. Behind her were Nikki and Emerald.

I leaned on the locker, she looked up at me and smiled I smiled back.

"morning" I said pulling her in for a hug she hugged back.

"we need to talk" I whispered in her ear she pulled back and looked me in the eye.

"sure, what's up?" she asked.

"not now I will come over later" I said putting my arm on her shoulder as she nodded.

Just then Nikki came over "Excuse me guys can I talk to you" she directed it at me, I looked at Evie she nodded.

"yeah ok" I said while Evie gave us some space.

"look Liam I'm just going to go straight to the point" she said rolling her hair.

"sure I'm listening" I said opening my locker.

"I want you to go to homecoming with me" she commanded.

"firstly that was kind of rude and secondly I have a date" I said not looking her way.

Nikki's POV
As those last words left his lips I felt sad and worn out but I wanted to know who she was.

"And who might that be?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"why will you want to know?" he said a little upset.

"I'm just curious that's all" I said sincerely.

"well if you must know it is Evie" he said running a hand through his hair.

"what!!?" I asked out of complete shock.

"I said it is—" he tries saying it again.

"I heard you I'm just shocked" I said cutting him off turning to look at her, she and Emerald were deep in another conversation.

"well ok then I will just head to class" he said walking away leaving me stunned, as he walked past her he  winked and she blushed.

I shook my head to try and get any negative thoughts out then I walked up to them.

"what was your discussion about?" Evie asked me as I reached them.

"oh nothing really" I replied.

"ok then if you say so" Emerald said heading to class.

Evie's POV
School was OK today and over in the blink of an eye, I was excited because I wanted to hear what Lee wants to talk about.

My mom had texted me that she couldn't make it so I had to either walk home or call a cab. Calling a cab was unsuccessful so I started walking and had walked for about 5 minutes when a car pulled up I front of me a head popped out and asked

"you need a lift?" it was just then recognized the person I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding, it was Jay.
