The past month I dreaded going to school the thought of school sent shivers down my spine ever since Homecoming I never wanted too go to school but with the help of Jay, Liv and Ruby my three best friend I made it through the horrible days.

Things didn't get easier, I dated a few guys to get over Liam much too Jay's disapproval.

I liked Jay to be honest more than a friend but I didn't want to be committed and get attached because if my heart gets broken by him I would never recover I would hate everyone for life so in order for that not too happen I got replacements.

I couldn't help but always wonder when I was with them what if It was Jay and my heart always ached at that.

Jay and I hung out a lot lately -which for sure drives Maddie nuts- after my recent breakup I really didn't care I never let my relationship last more than a week after Liam and today Jay seemed nervous and uncomfortable about something.

"Jay?" I called

"Hmm?" He answered absent mindedly while his gaze lingered straight ahead I tried too see what he was looking at but the was nothing he was looking at which meant he was thinking.

"What's up you look lost" I said popping a fry into my mouth.

His gaze lingered for a little while before he snapped it too looked at me with those bluish grey eyes of his "Nothing..... Yeah".

"Nope don't give me that there is something spill it."

"How about I tell you and the whole student body" he said sending me a wolfish grin.

Then it hit me.

Oh God.

No!!!!.

Before I could protest against it he was already up standing on our lunch table and gaining the attention of everyone in the cafeteria.

"So this pretty little bestie of mine has denied me the privilege of being her boyfriend......" He said looking at me and I buried my head in my palms trying to hide my chuckle while there were gasps and murmurs from students "....well I want that too change Evie I love you soo much will you be my girlfriend?...Please" he asked and I shook my head.

"As tempting as that offer is I'll pass please" i tried too keep a straight face even tho I was at the verge of laughing without control what made the situation more funny was that as I said that the whole colour drained from his face.

This was not the first time Jay has asked me, each and every time I turned him down because I was having fun. I'm sure he guessed it that's why he didn't give up, and I once told him that he should not do it in a plain way this was not plain but I wanted too see how far he will actually go with this.

"Come on Bae  I literally just shamed myself for you and still.... A No?" I let out a little giggle as i saw Liv trying to hold hers too she was the only one who knew and you know we are both crazy -well I am a little more- so we went on with it.

Jay sighed and was about too step down from the table when a water balloon hit him at the back of his head  soaking his hair as well as part of his clothes.

And that balloon was thrown by kyle one of Jay's friend, he was done for.

Jay turned to face his friend and literally i swear i could say he growled Jay was more of the cool clam and collected type but that doesn't mean he wasn't angered easily he was but he just brushes it off.
