Chapter 9

"ok time for why I came here" Liv said with excitement in her voice.

"we are listening" I sighed

"I'm transferring schools!" I turned to look at Ruby she was also unsure of what you say.

"ha ha! Enough jokes for today I'm tired I need to rest" I said as I stiffened a yawn.

"I'm not joking" her stare looking serious now.

"Oh.......... My God you are actually serious!" I pulled both of them into a hug just as we all let out our happiness.

"we could totally always hang out I'm ditching those cheerleaders" we all laughed and broke our hug.

The girls left almost immediately and I was just soo tired I couldn't clear up.

I wasn't long after I laid on my bed that I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to my phone vibrating under my pillow. Who could possibly call me this morning, calls were definitely not my thing and I am not a morning person at all, I rolled around for some time before reluctantly picking the phone. It was Lee.

"hey" I muttered still half asleep.

"morning sunshine"

"morning" I heard him chuckle on the other end. "what is so funny?".

"did I wake you from sleep?"

"yes you did and I will like to continue please"

"no you can't or you will be late for school"

"oh shit!" I jumped out of bed and ran a hand through my hair "I forgot, well there goes my sleep".

I heard him laugh and a car engine shut off.

"are you at school already?" I asked grabbing my towel and heading for the shower.

"I am at your place silly"

"wow, ok I will be down in 15 bye".

I put off the phone before he could say anything else.

15 minutes and I'm doing my make up I actually made it in time that's a good start for today.

I made my way to his black jeep and he smile those heart melting smiles.

We got to school on time for first period, calculus I had it with Jay and I was glad about that.

I walked in and headed to my seat at the back of the class, I was not surprised to see Jay already seated.

"hey, you look worn out" his smile was broad showing off his perfect white teeth he seemed excited today "your makeup couldn't even cover that up".

"I am, I slept late last night and I know you see deeper than the makeup".

"obviously, by the way do you know?".

"know what Jay?"

"that there is a new kid in school"

"new kid?-ohh!" that was when it hit me just as she walked in Yayyyy we were in the same calculus class "school is going to be amazing" I couldn't even contain my happiness.

"what do you mean?" Jay asked confusion written all over his face.

"she is my best friend and our neighbor dumdum" I said shaking my head and laughing.

"you mean the chick opposite you?"

"yes Jay that's her"

Our teacher was in class but he hadn't started teaching because he was waiting for someone I suspect she is the someone.

"ok class this is our new student I will let her Introduce herself" Mr Asher said quieting the class.

She kept picking at her fingers because she was nervous she rose her head and her eye met mine. She had a broad smile plastered on her face and finally spoke "my name is Olivia but you can call me liv".

"ok Olivia you can take your seat" Mr Asher told her. she rose an eyebrow at me and I nodded she walked over and sat with us.

"Hey" she greeted both Jay and I.

"yoo!" I said hugging her.

"hey" Jay replied.

Jay hit my leg under the table and i shot him a look asking him what and he rose his brow and i realized it.

"right... Uhm.. Liv this is Jay, Jay liv" I said motioning between the two of them.

"nice to meet you" Jay said bringing his hand towards her "you look good".

That was true she did look simple but beautiful she was wearing a black vest with button down T shirt, legging and sneakers.

"thank you"

"who wants to hang after school?" I asked trying to start a conversation

"I do, let's hang out at a cafe and you guys can help me settle down in terms of assignments and note" Liv said smiling and I just rolled my eyes and turned to Jay.

Argh! This is hopeless he drooling over the new kid.

"it's a plan!" he said throwing his hands in the air.

"ehm... Miss Williams, Miss White and Mr Zander will you like to share what you are discussing with the whole class".

I was shocked he had caught us talking we have probably earned ourselves detention but I always have something to say so I answered before anyone else.

I sighed "no thank you sir".

"ok then quite down" as he turned liv shot me a look and I shot her an 'I have no idea' look back.

Lunch time came pretty quick more than I had expected.

Liv's locker was near mine the two people I love are my next locker neighbors.

"so Liv you never told me why you transferred schools" I said shoving my books into the locker.

"that's true well they caught some people selling drugs, some people came to school with guns, a lot of things happened"

"well that sucks, you should have left sooner thank goodness you were not hurt" I said walking towards the cafeteria.

"here comes Maddie with her one sentence challenge 'he is mine get yourself yours' "

"oh so that's Maddie" Liv said a little bit amused.

"hey, bitch! I'm sure you always know why I am here"

Yes bitch I know

"I do Maddie please leave me alone there is nothing going on between us"

As if on clue my phone rang and it was Jay

God couldn't he have perfect timing to not make situations worse Maddie saw it and she growled flinging my phone to the floor and my screen shattered "he is mine and I will do anything to stop you" Maddie warned my hand immediately connected with her face making a loud sound gathering people and leaving a red mark.

This day just fucking sucks!!!!!!
