"You tired?" I whisper over to Jo still holding onto her hand she just nods letting me know she's not.

"Want to have that chat now?" I ask still making sure I whisper so Merc and Felix don't wake up.

"Right now? Like here?" she asks.

"Obviously not here idiot we'll go inside mum and dad are out so we can talk properly." She seems to think about this for a minute before finally nodding in agreement slowly shuffling herself off the makeshift bed. I've known Jo for years and we have all always been close but here I am palms sweating nervous as fuck to talk to her, what the fuck do I even say?

"Want a hot chocolate?" I ask, smooth Hero real fucking smooth.

"Yeah okay, thanks." she says smiling, she's nervous too I can tell.

Once I've made us our drinks we head to the Living room making sure we are out the way of Mercy and Felix if they wake up, we can just say we came in because it was cold and they were snoring or something.

"I'm sorry for making shit awkward between us," she says breaking the silence in the room.

"You haven't made it awkward Jo well it is awkward but it's not just you I'm as much to blame here," she shakes her head.

"It is my fault though I knew you liked me and I waited until I was drunk and high to say something I shouldn't of said anything at all." she says putting her head down.

Something in the way she just said that doesn't sit right with me.

So what she played me?

"How did you know I liked you exactly because I've stared at you? I stare at everyone Jo..." I say irritated.

"Hero I'm not blind I didn't notice it at first it was Mercy who brought it up one night." hold up what?

"What the fuck do you mean Mercy brought it up? Oh my fucking god was this all a fucking game between you lot?" I growl at her I am beyond pissed the fuck off now.

"Obviously not Hero stop being ridiculous she pointed it out a while ago and ever since she did I've noticed it more and more. I know you like me Hero so stop denying it." Well isn't she just an egotistic little shit.

"Wow well aren't you just full of yourself this is bullshit Jo lets just pretend none of this happened we will go back to how it was before Kats party last night yeah?" I say trying to make it sound like I am not fazed by this at all even though I am.

"No Hero," she snaps. Fucking hell this girl is a massive headache.

"Jo your starting to piss me off now you have basically just sat there and told me how my sister told you I liked you and how you should have never let this shit happen, have you heard yourself?" she doesn't say anything straight away she simply stands up and comes and sits next to me.

"Your not letting me get my point across you dickhead, when Mercy told me she thinks you like me I didn't believe her at all I mean why would her hot older brother like me? But once she told me I couldn't stop thinking about it, I couldn't get you out of my head and it's been so hard to pretend," she says.

"Pretend what Jo? I'm not a mind reader?" she doesn't answer me she just grabs my face and kisses me.

As soon as her lips mould into mine it's like my body has been ignited the kiss started off slow and hesitant but within seconds it's fiery and I've grabbed her bringing her over straddling my legs. I run my tongue over her bottom lip before slightly biting down eliciting a moan from her. I start trailing kissing down her neck gently sucking but not enough to mark her as she starts rocking her hips gently back and forth against me the fiction is killing me as I tighten my grip on her hips bringing my mouth back to hers sliding my tongue in.
