[Your POV]
"Harder, (L/N)!" Tigerclaw yelled from one side of the dojo. I was hyperventilating but doing my best not to show it. Tigerclaw had me working all night, fighting foot soldiers. But...I couldn't tell if they were robots or actual people... "Use your knife!" Tigerclaw had given me a knife to practice with, but all I had been doing was my best to keep it away from the soldiers, using my free fist instead. I dodged many punches and kicks, but I had been several times with a bo staff. "Use it!"
"I can't!" I said, dodging another foot soldier. There were about three of them, coming at me in turns.
"Why not!?"
"I-I..." I stuttered, and a hit finally landed. The soldier kicked me in the side, slamming me onto the floor.
"Stab him!" Tigerclaw said. My eyes widened and my heart pumped. I can't stab someone! Even if I wanted to, I didn't think I had the courage to. "STAB HIM!" I grunted and groaned, kicking a foot soldier, knocking them off their feet. "Do it now, (Y/N)! Stab him!" I gripped the knife shakily and sat on top of the soldier, pinning their arms to the ground. I held the knife to his chest, but I hesitated. The knife shook in my hand, but I did my best not to drop it. I looked down at the footsoldier, who wasn't moving. Tears pricked the corners of my eyes as reality kicked in.
My friends and I were kidnapped by Shredder and the Kraang. We were obviously part of a much bigger plan, but they were trying to pass this off as some 'training camp'. We would be learning skills and tricks that would work to Shredder's benefit. We would never see our families again. Not like I wanted to see my family anyway... They've left me alone at the boarding school for three years now...I doubt they would've cared... Suddenly, Tigerclaw kicked down at the hilt of the knife, forcing me to stab the footsoldier. I gasped and pulled away, leaving the knife in the footsoldier. But no blood spouted from their chest... The body twitched, but nothing else happened. It must be a bot then...
"Pathetic." Tigerclaw said, looking down at me. "If you wish to work directly under Shredder, you need to learn to kill."
"But-" I almost said, but quickly cut myself off.
"What were you going to say?" He asked, looking down at me with disappointment in his eyes.
"...Nothing..." I said, looking away. Tigerclaw narrowed his eyes and placed his hands on my shoulders, forcefully pulling me to my feet.
"I've worked you ragged, young cub." He said. "It's time to get the sleeping arrangements ready. Come." I followed him down more hallways. We soon came to an illuminated hallway that had a Japanese-like aesthetic. Fragile sliding doors indicated the rooms. The other eighteen students were waiting in the hallway in groups of four, two in a three. I looked over to see Veronica, Blake, and Zion, pointing to the room. Tigerclaw gestured to them and I scurried towards them. "Rest for now, young cubs. Bebop and Rocksteady will be here to greet you at dawn. You can't miss them..." He said with a sigh, watching us enter our rooms. I heard his footsteps leave and I immediately hugged all three of them.
"Whoa, calm down." Zion said, pushing himself away from the rest of us, walking over to his bed, practically falling over. "Why are these beds so low!?" We ignored his questions. After pulling away from our hug, I walked to my bag, opening it. Fear and anxiety struck through my body. The initial relief of seeing my friends was over...
"(Y/N), what's wrong?" Blake asked.
"My posters...they're gone." I mumbled.
"Oh no..." Veronica whispered, shaking.
"Why is that such a bad thing?" Zion asked. "Those posters were stupid anyway."
"No, Zion, you don't understand." I said, picking up my bag, desperately searching for my posters. "Those posters had the turtles on them. If Shredder finds them, then I'm...I'm screwed..."
