I can't believe Munhee rather be on Lucas's side when I've known her longer than he has. We actually have history. I'm not trying to be the jealous guy but she should have been on my side when it came to first serve. Not him.Man, I sound like some kid.
I need to grow up already...I walked into Dohee's temporary room. She was sitting in her crib crying. Why did I volunteer again? I know nothing about babies. More importantly, why did they let me attend her?
I carefully lift up the crying Dohee off her bed and cradled her. I start lightly patting her back to make her stop crying or at least a little quieter but that was no use.
Sigh.
So I sat on the rocking chair with her in my arms. I rocked back and forth which seemed to help because her eyes kept opening and shutting. She's definitely Munhee's baby. Stubborn but when you know how to handle her she calms down. Haha.
I spun the rocking chair and looked at myself through the mirror that hung above the dresser. Look at me... I'm holding a baby. The baby of the girl I like. I gazed at Dohee. One thing for sure is that Munhee can make a cute ass baby.
I guess May met her twin in cuteness. I look at Dohee again. Now that I'm really looking... she kind of looks like a mixture of May and... me? Makes me wonder if Munhee and I could make a cute ass baby.
Ah, what am I saying?
I mean... I can see a future with Munhee. Otherwise, I wouldn't be trying so hard to get her attention and try to change her opinions about me when it comes to her daughter.
"Hey," I spun back around and see Sunhee standing by the door with a plate of food. "I brought you this."
"Oh, thank you," I said, awkwardly.
I don't know much about Munhee's little sister. We barely even talked.
"No problem. " Sunhee placed the food on the drawer. "I guess you have the magic hands as well," she giggled.
"Magic hands?" I repeated.
"Only a few hands can put her to sleep. Mine, Munhee's, and I guess now you. Not even our mother."
"Wow," I smile. "I feel... honored."
"Honestly I allowed you to come here as a prank because I didn't think you were actually going to put her to sleep," she chuckled.
"Wow," I chuckled.
"Anyway, I'll take her off your hands so you can eat," she said, wiping her hands on her jeans.
