(y/n) sat in the hospital wing next to Harry's bed. Once Ron had woken up, the three went to Professor McGonagall and told her what had happened. She sent an owl to Dumbledore and had a few teachers go down to save Harry. He was passed out when they had found him. It had been a few days since then and he hadn't woken up yet. There were piles of cards and candy surrounding his bedside. (y/n) was starting to get worried he might never wake up.

"I see you're still here Miss Adler." she heard a voice say from behind her.

She turned around to see Professor Dumbledore standing in the doorway. She turned back to face Harry, watching him as he slept. Professor Dumbledore walked over to her side, peering over her shoulder at the boy.

"Do you think he'll be okay, Professor Dumbledore?" (y/n) asked.

"I cannot predict the future, but I can make a bold assumption and say Mr. Potter will be just fine." he replied.

(y/n) nodded as her eyes stayed fixated on her friend. She thought upon Professor Dumbledore's words, a question coming to mind.

"Professor...is it normal to have dreams that happen in real life?" she asked.

"Have you had such dreams?" he asked.

"Twice. My first night at Hogwarts and another a few nights ago...before we went after Professor Quirrell." she explained.

Professor Dumbledore nodded knowingly. She looked over to the Headmaster, who was still staring at Harry.

"It sounds like you have a gift Miss Adler. A gift not many wizards and witches have." he finally spoke.

"But what does it mean?" she asked.

"That I cannot tell you. But I'm sure as your time here progresses, you will figure it out." he remarked. She frowned with disappointment. It wasn't the answer she wanted to hear. She sighed and looked back at Harry. "I think it's best if you met up with your friends. It's not healthy to stay here forever."

"I just want to make sure he's okay." she stated.

"It is noble that you want to be there for your friend. Madam Pomfrey is a wonderful nurse and is taking good care of him." Professor Dumbledore replied.

"Do you think he did it? Defeated Voldemort I mean." (y/n) asked.

"For now, yes. Voldemort has been defeated." Dumbledore replied.

(y/n) turned around to face him.

"Are you saying that he's going to come back?" she asked.

"There is always a chance for anything to happen." he explained. (y/n) stared at the floor, not quite knowing how to respond. "I think you should reunite with your friends, Miss Adler."

(y/n) nodded. She looked over at Harry once more and smiled at him faintly. She stood up and walked out of the hospital wing without saying another word. She met up with Ron and Hermione, who were waiting at the bottom of the stairs for her. They knew by the look on her face that he still hadn't woken up. They stood in silence, trying to find the right words to say.

"Don't worry. He'll wake up soon." Ron encouraged.

"He's going to miss the last banquet of the school year though." (y/n) pouted.

"Well he's still got six more to attend." he remarked.

(y/n) shrugged and looked down at the ground. There was another moment of silence before Hermione spoke.
