Bakugo's POV

Bakugo woke up in a hospital room. Nobody was around, not even Recovery Girl. He felt dizzy and light headed, but he forced himself out of bed. He wasn't sure how long he was asleep. He could barely remember what happened that led him to this point. All he could recall was that I got into an accident evolving a building.

Bakugo wanted to see Todoroki. He was probably beyond worried. Not only that, but Bakugo was afraid of what he might've done to himself within the time Bakugo was asleep.

As quickly as he could, he left the room and headed to the dorms. It was early in the morning, so Bakugo was freezing in his hospital gown. He entered the dorms. It must've been the weekend, because the common room was packed with about half the class. Nobody seemed to notice Bakugo yet, luckily. He scanned the room, looking for his boyfriend, but he didn't find him.

"Hey, where's Todoroki?" Bakugo asked. Everyone's head shot in his direction. They all went silent.

"K-kacchan?" Midoriya asked, clearly surprised.

"Yeah, it's me. Tell where Todoroki is."

Everyone ignored Bakugo. They rushed to his side. Everyone seemed to be talking at once, asking him questions, welcoming him back, and saying other things Bakugo couldn't understand through everyone's voices. At the sound of the commotion, the rest of Bakugo's classmates rushed into the room, but Todoroki still couldn't be seen.

Bakugo was getting pissed. He just wanted to know where Todoroki is, and he wasn't going to waste his time on these idiots until he knew.

"Hey, where the hell is Todoroki?" Bakugo yelled.

"Everyone, go back to your rooms. You can talk to Bakugo later." Aizawa said. Finally, everyone shut up and left.

Aizawa sat down on on the common room couch. Bakugo sat down with him.

Aizawa began speaking, "You were in a coma for about a month. I know you may have a lot of questions but-"

"I don't care! I just want to know where Todoroki is!" Bakugo rudely interrupted. The others had used up all his patience.

Aizawa sighed. He looked as if he was considering something, debating with himself. Then, he sadly said, "Alright. I'll take you to him after you change clothes."

Bakugo nodded. He sprinted to his room and got dressed as quickly as possible. He put on whatever was closest to him. He then ran back downstairs, smiling a little as he did. He was so excited to see Todoroki again that he didn't think about why the boy wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Aizawa was waiting for him back in the common room. He still had a sad look on his face, but Bakugo ignored it. Aizawa led him out of the dorms, and out of U.A entirely. Bakugo was confused and worried, but he still tried to convince himself that his depresso expresso bean was alright.

Bakugo could feel his heart shatter into a trillion little pieces when he realized Aizawa was taking him to a graveyard. He wanted to tell himself that Todoroki was just visiting someone there, but that would be pathetic. It was obvious what had happened.

Aizawa stopped walking in front of Todoroki's tombstone. Bakugo sat down so he wouldn't fall. The situation didn't feel real, no matter how many times he told himself it was. Todoroki was gone. He was dead.

"He overdosed in his room after someone wrote 'kill yourself, faggot' on his door." Aizawa said.

Bakugo turned around, filled with anger and tears forming in his eyes. He yelled, "He did this because of Mineta?"

"How's you know it was him?" Aizawa asked.

"Who the hell else would it be? Mineta had done shit like this before."

"Don't worry. Mineta got expelled and in big trouble for initiating a suicide. We found out it was him shortly after Todoroki's body was found." Aizawa said, but it didn't calm Bakugo down at all.

"I'm going to murder that motherfucker! Tell me where he is! I swear, I'll fucking kill him!" Bakugo yelled, so loudly everyone in the graveyard could hear him.

Aizawa put his hand on Bakugo's shoulder. Bakugo had tears streaming out of his eyes. His teacher handed him a pastel orange envelope. Bakugo looked down at it. He knew what it was instantly, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to read it.

"It's a little from Todoroki. It's addressed to you specifically. No one has read it yet, or even opened it." Aizawa started. He began crying a little as he continued, "I'm leaving now. You can come back to U.A when you're ready." With that, Aizawa left, leaving Bakugo alone by his lover's grave.

Bakugo opened the envelope hesitantly. He had to wipe tears from his eyes so he could read it clearly. They kept coming, but he forced them back. He wanted to know Todoroki's last words to him.

The letter read;

I'm so sorry, Bakugo. I didn't want to die, I never have, but I can't take it anymore. You might never wake up, Mineta posted a picture of what he wrote on my door online and my father saw it. Killing myself was the only thing I could think of to get away from this Hell I call my life. I just want you to know, that in my short life, you were one of the few things that made it a little better. I thank you so much for loving and caring for me. If there is an after life, I swear that I'll spend every minute with you.

- Shoto Todoroki

Bakugo cried harder than he ever has before. A bunch of emotions swarmed through his head. He was angry at Todoroki for leaving him, sad to lose him, wanted to murder Endeavor and Mineta, and thankful his love left a note all at the same time.

It took him a long time, but Bakugo eventually got over the sadness that came with the thought of Todoroki, but he never forgot him. Todoroki was his first, and so far only, love. What happened to him was sad, but Bakugo was grateful they were able to meet each other.
