Suddenly, the bus came to a halt, all of us jolting forwards in our seats. The place was supposed to be a rest area, but I doubted that it was the case, considering there were no restrooms around.

"Weird..." I mumbled under my breath.

On the other hand, I was slightly thankful to be off the bus, as sitting next to Todoroki was terrible, I had to rethink before I even did anything. Suddenly, a black car pulled up and 2 people wearing cat costumes and a kid with a weird hat came out. I was confused, but immediately figured it out.

"Oh no..." I grumbled.

Kaminari, who just happened to be standing next to me, asked what was wrong. I felt bad for him if he thought that it was still all fun and games.

"The training camp just started." I mumbled to him.

"Wah? Already?" he started panicking.

"Let's go back to the bus real quick, " Sero suggested, everyone already figuring out what was going on.

We all scurried back to the bus, only for it to be blocked by the woman in blue. The ground started rising, and all of us started to scream. Oh boy, this was going to be one hell of a training camp. I, along with many others, screamed at the ground rising and throwing us off the cliff. We all hit the ground with a hard impact, I rubbed my head in pain. Shoto caught sight of me lying in the ground in agony, and extended his hand to me, hoisting me up.

"Hey! This is private property, so feel free to use your quirks. You guys have three hours, come to the facility yourself. You'll have to get through the Beasts forest!"

I scowled at the people in cat costumes. Is this how they were going to treat us? Catching us off guard and then throwing us off the cliff? I guess this was a training camp, after all. But then I realized what she said. The Beasts forest...? We all slowly turned around to the dark forest. Dammit. Why was U.A. so extra? I saw Mineta run off into the forest. I sighed. If he died, that's on him. Suddenly, a beast emerged from the forest in front of Mineta. He would have been killed by the creature if Izuku didn't jump out and grab him out of the way. I paled considerably. This was going to be a long training camp.

I watched as Izuku, Shoto, Tenya, and Bakugo jumping out to fight the dirt monster. Shoto shot his ice out, restraining the monster, Tenya kicked it with his Reciproburst, Bakugo exploded part of it with his quirk, and Izuku finished it off with his Smash. I was about to congratulate them until I realized that there were more. Changing my stance, I got ready for a fight.

" Let's do this 1-A!" our class president shouted in a determined voice.

Shouts of agreement rejoiced, and we all punched the air. After receiving a weapon from Yaoyorozu, I joined in the fight against the dirt creatures. Teleporting on their backs and stabbing their necks, we all conquered the creatures together. Watching all of our quirks working together, it was truly magnificent. I ran alongside Shoto, him freezing them and me acting as bait.

This was going to be a really long fight.

We emerged from the forest at dawn, injured and tired. I felt sickly, having overused my quirk. However, there were others in worse condition. Tenya limped his way out of the forest, having used his quirk too much. We were all sweaty, tired, and covered in dirt. 3 hours! 3 long hours of fighting our way through the forest.

"That wouldn't be the time if we were to do this. Sorry!" the woman the blue cat costume said in a cheery voice.

I glowered. We fought our way through the forest, and this was what she said? That was evil, real evil. I leaned on Shoto, feeling as though I was about to die. I was starving. My insides felt like they were being burned. I looked at Shoto, who was also panting, covered in dirt. Then, the crazy cat woman started chuckling to herself.

"I honestly thought it would've taken much longer though. You defeated my earth beasts more easily than I expected. Not bad everyone, especially..." she trailed off, pointing at Tenya, Midoriya, Shoto, and Bakugo.

"You four!"

I scowled. I got no credit? Bakugo literally made me be bait since he said 'Isn't that what your quirk is for?'. I wanted to suck the soul out of him and drain his blood out of his body. I shivered at my own thoughts. What was I, a vampire?

"Is your lack of hesitation a sign of experience? I can't wait to see where you'll be in three years! I call dibs on you guys!" she said, lunging at them.

Okay, maybe now I was sort of thankful that I wasn't them. I slowly backed away from Shoto, especially since I didn't want to be in that crowd. Suddenly, I saw her put one of her paws on Midoriya's face with a scarily terrifying expression on her face. I was tempted to teleport back home at this point. Midoriya pointed at the kid, and due to me literally being 100 kilometers away from him, I couldn't hear what he was saying. All I managed to get out of it was 'Kota'.

I saw Midoriya walk towards the kid, and I flinched at the expression on that child's face. The expression on his face was scarily similar to my mother's when she is about to slap me for doing something idiotic. And then, he punched him in the balls. I winced, Tenya immediately rushing towards Izuku, holding him up. Aizawa-sensei quickly briefed us on what to do.

"Tomorrow is when the real training starts. Let's move quickly now."

I groaned. This was going to be a really long training camp.
