I stood on my stone pillar, trying to think of special moves. My warp quirk wasn't offensive, so I wasn't too sure on what to do. I groaned. Even Hagakure could blind people with her invisibility quirk. Perhaps I could just sever the enemy's limbs. I opened up a portal in the middle of Ectoplasm's clone and sliced him into half. The clone immediately faded away, soon to be replaced by another. Was that enough to be a special move? No... I'm pretty sure I'd be thrown in jail if I even did that. What if I teleported him into the ground? What would happen to the matter taking up the area he was teleported in? There was only one way to know. I teleported the Ectoplasm clone into the ground, leaving only his head.

"Can you feel your body exist?" I asked.

He nodded, commending that idea. Wait, what happened to the remaining stone? Did I teleport it somewhere else? I heard a scream in the distance, a look of horror spreading across my face as I realized what I had done. Aoyama was trapped under an Ectoplasm shaped boulder, his face planted into the ground. I immediately teleported the boulder, which disappeared into a black mist, reappearing on my platform.

Okay, so I could teleport people into the ground, immobilizing them, but I would also have to teleport the existing ground to somewhere else. That made things a lot easier. I teleported Ectoplasm into a portal, not reopening the portal. What would happen? Would he be falling in the portal until I let him out? That would be cool. I reopened the portal, asking him the question. When he nodded his head, I mentally cheered. Now I had two special moves. I wondered if I could teleport multiple people at once.

"Ectoplasm, I need more clones!" I shouted from above the boulder.

He immediately sent more clones, which I made individual portals for each. I let out a sigh. When I opened too many portals as once, or when I teleported faster than the speed of sound, I would get headaches, nausea, vomiting blood, and potentially splinch myself, like in Harry Potter when the apparated (teleported). That meant that I could potentially teleport without a limb, or a piece of skin and such. Which sucked, since that meant that I would get major injuries.

After school, I went back to the design lab. As much as I loved my hero costume, I needed to tweak it so that the material would be more durable and fire-resistant, yet easy to move in. My current coat was made out of denim, which was pretty hard to move in, and also not 100% fireproof. I also pretty much changed the entire costume, much to my dismay. Because it was not practical. At all. I took my design to Hatsume, who immediately approved.

"Yes, yes... We should definitely change the material on your costume. We can use flame-resistant cotton on your costume, making it fireproof and comfortable, and durable, " she muttered.

"Yeah, and I'm thinking that my costume is way too dangerous, I could trip on the coat since it's quite long..." I added on.

Hatsume and I continued to brainstorm ideas for my costume, when I finally came up with a draft. It was a flexible full-body suit with intricate purple swirls on the fabric. It wasn't fashionable, but it was practical.

"I love it!" Hatsume exclaimed.

"I know right? Good job, Hatsume-san!" I complimented.

The girl gave me a huge grin. I could tell that we were going to be really good friends.

I collapsed on the sofa in the living room. Today was exhausting. We trained our quirks the whole day, tweaked our costumes, and had to worry about the Provisional Hero License Exam. It was up and coming, and all of us were dreading the fast-approaching event. We were trying to improve our quirks and costumes in time for the Provisional Hero License Exam. Juggling all that with our studies, we could all practically be dead by now.

On the other hand, I was still worried about Izuku. No wonder Bakugo had yelled his head off about Izuku being quirkless. Poor kid was All Might's successor. I just wanted to adopt him and hug him, telling him it was all right. However, Izuku was busy once again, focusing on being the best. He looked happy, being All Might's successor. I could see that he was training hard.

After showering and changing, I got my book titled '1984', and headed down to the living room to read it. It was no fun, reading in my own room, when I could read and at the same time, listen in on gossip from everyone who came down. Plus, I was right next to the kitchen. I could get a snack anytime I felt hungry. I brewed a tea, sitting down on the sofa, my book tucked under my arm.

"Page 179... Hey!" I flipped to the page with the corner folded in, only for it to be snatched out of my hands.

"We're going to spar. Change your clothes, they're not fit for sparring, " Shoto said simply, taking the book away, eying my hoodie and sweatpants.

I grumbled under my breath. I literally just showered. What was the deal with this guy? Couldn't we spar another day? Whatever, as long as I got that book back. I paid good money for it! I sulked, heading up my room, changing into my gym clothes. I couldn't believe I let this guy boss me around. Just for that, I was going to whoop his ass in sparring.

At the same time, I was purposely avoiding him, which I pretty sure he picked up. After realizing my feelings, I figured that the best way to go around this was to get rid of those feelings. Which now, he cornered me by taking away my book. That was really dirty. After changing, I groaned, heading down to spar. We headed outside, changing to our fighting stances.

"Bring it on, Hand Crusher, " I smirked.
