LUNA
--After the eventful meeting, after talking about our promotion plan, the group's name, the estimated time before we get to debut, etc. Our managers decided to tour and show us the dorm that we will all be living in for the next year or so.
We arrived at the dorm in which all 6 of us will be staying. It wasn't as spacious as all the luxurious houses we all see in the lifestyle magazines but it was fine since we still didn't have any profit. We all chose a room we liked, we got to choose what we wanted since there were 10 rooms and since we were only 6, it was fine. I arrived at my chosen room, it has this modern gray, black, brown, and white aesthetic, it had a queen-sized bed with pillows inside the grey silk pillowcases. It had a small balcony, connecting to the other rooms. I stared in awe as I looked at the scenery from the balcony
City lights shined bright, and the traffic jams coming from the taxis and cars made it feel like I was in a book where everything was perfect. It was funny that such a simple thing can make me feel calm.
It was 9:00 in the evening when Avian texted us to meet at the balcony while walking near the designated place I can't help but wonder where she got my number but I realized that my manager probably gave it to her. I arrived and the balcony was amazing, it was spacious and had fairy lights. Two large white blankets were placed on the floor along with some pillows, a large dark blue couch was next to the pillows and blankets along with some food and wine. But what was eye-catching was the scenery, it made me think of a painting of an artist whom I admired the most. The way the colors blended with the stars and the city lights, the way the stars shine brighter than the city lights while highlighting the moon reminded me of Vincent Van Gogh's painting, The starry night.
"It's beautiful isn't it?" A guy that I was familiar with said.
I turned around to face him and saw Arian, he had this pushed back dark brown hair that was messy in a good way, his eyes shined once again with those hazel brown shade, he wore this white oversized, by a little, dress shirt that was tucked in his black pants, he wore this simple yet elegant looking attire and still he shined brighter than the stars.
"Yes, it is, Ace" I spoke still annoyed with him which is why I decided to joke with him using his name, though having great meaning.
"Ace?" He asked wondering who it was while going beside me.
"Well, why not? Ace, it's a lot easier for me than saying Arian, Callex, or Elliot, besides it means a person with great tricks and secret up his sleeves making him seem special" I said while he smirked as I looked at him
"So I'm special?" He asked this time trying hard to stifle a smile.
"I didn't say that you were special directly" I replied trying to look away from his addicting stare.
"Pftt, you did though it was indirect" He chuckled
I tried to examine him once again but when I looked into his eyes I see nothing there wasn't a hint of glimmer instead I saw darkness despite his eyes being one of the lightest shades I have ever seen, there was something in his aura that was mysterious yet I was still drawn to, not in a romantic way but in a friendly and platonic way.
"So it's fine if I called you Luna?" He spoke waking me from my daydreaming, seeing as he was looking for any signs of frustration within me, I decided to not give him any sign of anger to not satisfy his cravings and just nodded in answer to his question.
We just stared into the beautiful night sky above us after that. The others arrived, and some of us sat down on the sofa while the others on the floor with the blankets and pillows, right below the fairy lights.
"What are we doing here?" Heid spoke with his thick British accent that was somehow hypnotizing to listen to
"Well I figured since we would get stuck with each other for god knows how long, why not at least get to know each other or some basic facts about one another" Avian spoke
"How?" I spoke
"Why not know each other using the fun old fashioned truth or dare" she answered as she smirked
We went from oldest to youngest, until it was finally Andrea's turn to ask one of us a question.
"Laiyllah, truth, or dare?" She said smirking while I was surprised seeing as out of all of us I was the one she picked
"Truth" I answered.
Since I was never the one to pick something fierce, I always picked the safest option which was 'truth' and truth be told I hated it, I wanted to be adventurous but I just couldn't, not knowing I would regret it later on and I didn't want to risk it.
"Who's the person you're closest to in here?" She asked in return
"No one... at least no one yet hopefully" I answered truthfully having a blank expression
"You're hurting my feelings Luna" Ace answered while dramatically holding his hand over his heart
"Don't think so highly of yourself darling" I said using my French accent while chuckling.
We spent the rest of the evening laughing, drinking, and having fun, it was the first time in a long while since I had fun and it was exhilarating. I didn't think I would get along with them as well as I did tonight, even I surprised myself but it was nice to get some fun today, I didn't regret it and I was happy.
