Chapter 7- Home

It was the day of our performance here in Madrid. We all went to the venue at around 2:00 AM morning after all we still had to measure and adjust to the size of the stage as well as have our makeup be done. It was now 5:00 in the morning and the concert will start around 7:00. 

We all got our makeup done after an hour of break, I was sitting next to Heid when we got our makeup done. I was nervous, this was my first time performing in front of a crowd as big as this. My heads were sweaty and I was overthinking so much.

"Hey, you alright?" Heid asked taking notice of my anxiousness

"Yeah I'm fine, just nervous," I said trying to force a smile 

"Don't be you'll do great" He said smiling which showcased his dimples

"What if I make a mistake?" I asked

"Then you do, we can't reverse time. The important thing is how we move forward after our mistake. Either you give up or you move forward. After all, without the rain, there wouldn't be a rainbow." He spoke before looking at me in the eyes and smiling once more

"Thank you Heid" I smiled

We all were standing near the sides of the venue, getting ready to enter the stage. I tried breathing exercises but nothing seemed to calm me down until Heid looked at me and smiled. I then took in the view of the fans watching our concert.

We heard people shouting our names, it was amazing, seeing everyone smile just by seeing us perform, seeing us sing brought them happiness, that's why I love music so much, not only does it bring out the passion in someone but it makes them happy as well.

The scenery of fans singing along to our latest released songs was euphoric, it reduced my panic as well as my anxiousness. It made me smile, thinking about how successful we already are with our dreams despite being a 'newbie'.

We finally sang our last song, the one that Ace and I wrote the night before. I looked over at him singing, he looked serious but still had so much passion in his voice, it was deep but frustratingly calm it makes me feel at home, his Adam's apple showing and his veins popping when he hits the high notes, he made me feel safe and calm when he sings once again feeling at ease and at home.

He looked at me, getting closer until there were only a few inches between us, the fans screamed as he looked at my rosy plump lips, I almost fell but thankfully he caught me but now decreasing the inches between his lips and mine

"Stay focus on the performance Luna" He smirked almost touching my lips

I quickly stood up seeing him with an even bigger grin plastered to his face, I just rolled my eyes and waited for the concert to end. We went back to our hotel gathering our things before we leave for Heid and Avian's hometown, Great Britain, I went to get my suitcase when Avian screamed enthusiastically at me

"What was that?!" She asked

"What was what?" I answered though knowing what she meant

"Stay focus on the performance Luna," She said in a low voice trying to imitate Ace

"It's nothing, it was just Ace being his egoistic self" I scoffed reminding myself how egoistic he was

Andrea just looked at Avian who were both giggling like teenage girls. We went to the airport hopping inside the plane before getting attacked by the crowds of people waiting for us. I was seated next to Damian when the plane took off, Damian was fun to talk to since he was straightforward but full of topics.

Heid popped open a bottle of champagne and fortunately, the bubbles spilled at Ace, we laughed at how he looked like while Andrea was helping him clean up, I didn't realize how close they were but they were cute together. We finished drinking and just played games after. As we got off the plane we once again had gotten our luggage and Avian and Heid being their extra selves welcomed us into their hometown

"Croeso i Brydain Fawr, Royalty!" They said in unison.

We went to our hotel and it was the evening I couldn't sleep because I can't stop thinking of what happened, I can't stop thinking of why did he do that, I guess it was only fair since I was staring at him. I couldn't sleep so I wrote a few more lyrics and decided to go up the rooftop provided by the hotel.

"Beautiful night isn't it Laiyllah ?" Heid asked

"It is" I answered enthusiastically, amazed by the view of the night sky in Great Britain.

It wasn't as dark as it was in the US but it had light blues and dark blues swirled together while the stars glimmered creating harmony between the two colors

"I wanted to thank you again for making me feel calm earlier" I smiled at him

"No need to thank me, you were the one who moved forward after all" He chuckled

"Still, thank you" I smiled once more as I looked at his blue orbs while he smiled as well

"Admiring the moon once again Luna?" Ace questioned from behind which made us flinched, unexpecting him 

"I was until you came with your egoistic face" I scoffed in answer to his question while Heid laughed

"You ruined the mood" I rolled my eyes

"Hey, Heid didn't you tell me you were tired and wanted to sleep?" Ace asked him, I was annoyed because he wanted to get rid of Heid

"Oh yeah uh, goodbye Laiyllah see you tomorrow" He waved goodbye and I smiled sincerely in return

"Why did you do that?" I asked furiously at him

"Well I don't share what's mine" He smirked sarcastically while winking at me, I just scoffed

"I'm not even yours, to begin with," I scoffed once again answering him in return

"Then I'll make sure you'll be mine" He winked at me while I was flustered by his comeback, we continued to stare at stars once again just talking and exchanging comebacks. He was really like home, I was comfortable with him even though I didn't want to admit it, he was peaceful to talk to and it made me feel at ease.

It isn't as long as the other ones but please bear with me I'm having writer's block right now, also I changed my mind, I'm going to post a chapter today woohoo! Also, they're now in Great Britain! I know the story's moving fast but bear with me it's only going to get better 'cause we're so close to the drama. Tan y tro nesaf :))
