Chapter 5- Tango

I woke up because of the vibration coming from my phone, I looked at the time and realized we slept the whole night on this couch, I looked at the side and saw Ace sleeping peacefully beside me.

Even while sleeping he looked handsome, he had these long eyelashes that were perfectly placed in his eyelids, he had some loose strands of hair but yet still looked perfect on top of his head

"Take a picture Luna it'll last longer" He said with a hint of drowsiness in his voice while smirking

"You wish darling, my standards are higher than yours," I said

"Well then you must like me since my standard is you," He said confidently

I was taken back at what he said but he still insulted me so I just rolled my eyes and ignore his comment

"Ahhh the famous eye roll," He said sarcastically with a grin plastered to his face.

"I'll never get tired of that" He spoke once more

"You better not, after all, I'll be doing it more often because of you" I scoffed rolling my eyes once more

We were interrupted by Avian and Damian's call, we finally realized that we were late for their plans, it was the oldest's plans that we'll do today. We quickly fixed our clothes and we ran as quickly as we can to our hotel knowing that we'll have to face an intervention inside our rooms.

"And where did you go?" Avian quickly asked while Andrea was reading quietly in the corner

"What...do...you..mean where did I go?" I asked panting while Avian raised her brow and Andrea took an interest in our conversation

"Well?" She asked once more

"You left and had forgotten about me on the rooftop," I said truthfully while leaving out the part in where I slept with Ace

"So it has nothing to do with the fact that both you and Arian where gone in the middle of the night?" She asked while Andrea looked at us and away from her book, I, of course, got flustered and looked away

"Well, you still left me" I spoke but she turned a blind eye to my concern once more

"So you did?" She said while squealing like a teenage girl once again

"Fine, yes" I answered while sighing, surrendering, Avian shrieked once more while Andrea just smiled

"What even are we going to do today?" I asked both of them while I looked at Avian who was now starting to pick a dress

"Avian wanted us to go take tango classes" Andrea answered more like whispering it.

"What? Why?" I asked

"Well, I figured why not? It's a chance for us to improve our dancing" She spoke

"You just want to see some hot boys" I spoke

"I-I, well you're right" She sighed in defeat as the three of us laughed.

We got dressed and waited for the boys outside the hotel, they all got out of their rooms, they looked ravishing and elegant but I can't help but especially take notice of Ace.

He was wearing this black tux with a white polo underneath but it still made his light hazel brown pupils shine bright, and his scent lingered the whole room and I can't help but get hypnotized by his signature grin, it had this playful but elegant vibe to it and it drew me to him.

Heid on the other hand wore a navy blue tux, while Damian wore a white one.

We arrived at the venue where the tango lessons will happen, everybody was paired up by their opposite gender of course, except for Damian since he insisted on one of the hot boys to be his partner. And yes, it was approved.

"Think I'm worth the dance m' lady?" Heid asked

As he approached, I can't help but see his outfit and face more detailed. He was in a navy blue tux with a white polo underneath it as well, he had his blonde hair neatly pushed back with some strands loose, while his bright blue orbs shined the brightest once again, it shined like an ocean would while the moon illuminated its waves. He had this wide smile plastered across his face while waiting for my answer.

"Et bien une danse tu auras monsieur" (Well then a dance is what you shall have monsieur) I answered with a smile as he returned it as well

"Though I have to admit I don't know how to dance tango" I said truthfully while chuckling

"You know you're pretty while smiling" He said while having this big grin on his face but I can't help but get flustered by his sudden remark.

We continued to laugh and dance until I got a feeling that someone was staring at me, I saw Ace looking at both us and Heid as we danced, thinking that I was just being paranoid I decided to take a breather at the balcony.

"Excuse me for a second I'll just go outside to take a breather," I told Heid as I awaited to be excused.

I went to the balcony and looked at the scenery, it was peaceful and coming especially when the birds create harmony as the trees dance because of the air.

It's amazing thinking how nature can have its peace without bothering anyone, sometimes I wished I was able to do that without having to idle everyone I know

"Lost in your thoughts again while looking at the scenery once more, aren't you Luna?" A guy who I'm so familiar now with asked

"What are you doing here?" I asked as well

"Needed to take some breather" He answered

"Now how 'bout you?" He asked in return

"I wanted to appreciate the scenery"

"Then how about we appreciate the scenery while dancing?" He asked

"But-" I answered before I was cut off by him grabbing my hands and hips while putting my hand in his chest.

It wasn't planned but it just felt right, even though I didn't expect it I couldn't stop myself from looking once again at his peaceful eyes and thinking what if this is just how life was supposed to be like? Because it sure did feel right.

The bright blue sky was as clear and bright as the ocean, the sun shined in the sky so bright that illuminated the whole world. It showed the darkness within every single area, leaving hope and peace. The birds chirped and continued to watch Ace and I while we dance.

Author's note :

I had fun writing this chapter once again! I loved the last scene, since I wanted to be generous today I got 3 chapters released and cute last scenes in between them. I hope you enjoy the story and hopefully, I would release a chapter tomorrow because I really love writing this story while waiting for their story to unfold. Hasta la proxima vez :))
