Logan is oblivious as H E C K. It really is triggering for Roman, who keeps trying to flirt with him *sigh* lol Logince

I took a couple of creative liberties with this one, so it's not exactly what you said, but oh well 🤷‍♀️ also geepers this took me forever-
Genre: Fluff

Logan opened his eyes. He got ready. He went downstairs. He opened his book. He began reading.

Roman came downstairs. He walked over to Logan. "Good morning, nerd!" Roman placed his hand on Logan's.

Logan moved his hand. "I do not like physical contact, Roman," he reminded for the ninth time that week. Roman sighed, but moved away.

Breakfast was normal. Roman attempted to use cheesy pick-up lines on Logan, which the latter did not appreciate. Logan finished first and cleaned his dishes. He went upstairs silently to continue working.

Once the nerd was out of earshot, Roman let out a frustrated groan. "Why is he so stupid?!"

"Now, Roman, let's try to be nice, okay? Emotions are something Logan doesn't understand."

"Still!"

"Maybe be a little more obvious about it, Princey."

"And how am I supposed to do that?!"

"I don't know, say it?"

"NO! What if he rejects me!"

"Alright kiddo, don't say it in English then. Perhaps you could use the language of flowers?"

"Of course! That's it, Padre, thank you! I'll go give it to him right now!" The creative side dashed upstairs and prepared his surprise.

When Logan stepped out of his room for lunch, there was something waiting for him. This something was a royal red rose tied with a dark blue ribbon and a tag. The tag had two letters on it: Ro. The princely side must have put it there.

Logan picked up the flower and observed it. The two-foot-three-and-a-quarter-inch stem was a deep emerald green and had no thorns or leaves on it.

It took a moment for the full implication of the gift to become clear. Roses were the flower of love. Roman had given him a rose.

Logan shrugged it off. Roman most likely wasn't aware of the message he was sending.

But Logan held on to that rose, just in case the prince knew exactly what he was doing.

When he went downstairs, he was greeted by his three fellow sides, who were exhibiting varying levels of nervousness, Roman showing the most.

Logan twirled the rose between his fingers, intentionally bringing attention to it. "There was a flower left in front of my door," Logan began. "It was a rose, specifically the one I am holding in my hands at the moment. And I believe it was gifted to me by Roman."

At this point, the logical side looked at his fanciful counterpart. "Roman, am I correct in assuming that you are partially fluent in the language of flowers?"

"Fully fluent," Roman corrected.

"So you are aware that roses are the flower of love, correct?"

"Obviously, that's the first thing you learn."

"And the rose was intentional?"

"Of course it was intentional, Microsoft Nerd!" Roman shot out. "I'm in love with you, okay?! I've been trying to say it subtly but apparently the only way to get anything through your thick skull is to be forthright!"

Logan paused, allowing himself time to formulate a response. "While I do not appreciate being told that I have a thick skull," he began, adjusting his glasses, "you are correct when you say that I have difficulty picking up on implications. However, I do believe that when confessed to, you are to clarify whether or not the feelings are reciprocated, correct?"

"That's a long way of asking what to do next, but yeah," Virgil chimed in.

"Well then, I do believe I have a crush on you as well, Roman." At that, the prince's eyes lit up and he ran up to the logical side.

"Roman, what are you--" Logan was interrupted by a deep and passionate kiss. It was a bit startling, but he kissed back, unsure of what to do.

The two pulled away after a bit, breathless. "Oh," was the only word the logical trait could say.

Roman smiled. "Oh, indeed."
