For everyone asking where Remus is, go look at the very first part I posted and scroll to the bottom.

Genre- mild angst

Janus slowly blinked awake, not excited for what the day would bring. He sighed and got ready, running a finger over the scar on the left side of his face. It was a remnant from the days when Morality hadn't been so.. accepting of him.

Janus sighed and put in his signature bowler hat, then walked downstairs to the common room. Patton was in the kitchen, and Logan was at the bar reading, per usual.

"Morning, kiddo!" Patton chirped from the kitchen when he saw the more recently redeemed side.

"Hey." The one-word response set the two sides on edge.

"Janus, is everything alright?" Logan asked cautiously. "You normally lie and wish us a terrible morning."

"Honestly?" the lying side replied, flopping down on the couch. "I've felt better."

"I'll take redundant statements for 400, J," Virgil piped up sarcastically from his position on the coffee table. "This is like, depression or something. What's up?"

"The sky," Janus muttered. "And I miss Remus."

Of course, Romulus chose that exact moment to come downstairs. "Good morning!~"

"Wish I could say the same.."

"Oh dear. What is ailing you, my scaled friend? I shall slay it!" The singular creativity's eyes flashed red towards the ends of his statement, a signal that Roman strongly influenced that phrase. He wasn't fully stable yet.

"Don't worry about it..."

"Hm, if you insist." Romulus turned his attention to Patton, offering to help him with breakfast.

"Don't burn the kitchen down." It was an automatic response, but that didn't mean Romulus wasn't caught a bit off-guard.

"I'm responsible now," Creativity replied, a bit more defensive than the situation probably called for. "Besides, Morality's here if anything happens."

Janus just rolled his eyes. Today was gonna be a long day...

There may be a part two to this, there may not. Only time will tell.
