"Jonathan," Kim said calmly. "What are you doing?".

"Put you guns down!" Jonathan exclaimed. "Now."

We did as he told us. Like my mom had said, they had done anything they could to turn him. We just needed to get through to him.

I noticed that Jonathan didn't look evil. In fact, he didn't look like he was happy to have to do this to us. It was possible that they had threatened him, his family, maybe even us. I just knew his intention wasn't to hurt us. Next to speak to him was my mother.

"Jonathan, we're your friends, not these people." My mum had a blank look on her face, so I couldn't tell if she knew what they had told him.

"Maybe they're not, but MI6 isn't either." Jonathan snapped. I looked at my mum, confused. What was he talking about? I didn't know of the agency not treating Jonathan well, but my parents and Kim seemed to know. When I looked over to them, it looked like they knew exactly what he was talking about. Jonathan looked over at me and noticed I was clueless.

"Oh, nobody told you Catherine?" he asked. "My parents have been missing for years, and MI6 was supposed to be doing a thorough investigation. However, I just recently found out that they haven't been looking for them at all." I gaped, not knowing why he hadn't told me this.

"Who tipped you off, Jonathan?" my father asked politely.

"What does it matter?" Jonathan asked sarcastically. "My parents are still out there, and the agency that I am loyal to is not loyal to me." I had been in his shoes before, but I hadn't turned on the world. Also, this wasn't being very loyal.

"Well Jonathan," my mum started. "My husband and I were very close friends with your parents, before they disappeared. We suspected that the agency wouldn't do anything, as once we confirmed that, we started our own unauthorized investigation." Jonathan was speechless. He looked like he had his guard down.

For a second.

Then he narrowed his eyes angrily on my mother.

"And have you found anything?" Jonathan demanded.

"Well of course we have," my dad stated. "We have narrowed it down to about three places. I believe these guys are connected to one of them. The plan was to have you in here, learning as much information as you can about your parents, and everything else. Are you in?".

I looked at Jonathan. He looked happy to say yes. Before he could, however, 6 guards came in, one for each of us.

Which was the moment I realized that Kim's brother was gone.

All of us quickly picked up our guns while the guards charged at us. I quickly roundhouse kicked one in the face, which made him fall on his knees.

"Where's Alex?" I yelled over the noise of grunts and punches.

Through all of the fighting I could see Kim's worried face.

"I don't know!" she yelled back. I was about to say more when I saw back up against the wall to get momentum. He then leaped off of the catwalk and landed on one of the guards. He positioned his legs around the guard's neck and then reached in his pockets and got sedation darts. He then stuck it in the guards neck and leaped off of him with amazing grace. He didn't even smile. It was as if he did that every day. We all finished our guards quickly. But unfortunately, all of us had forgotten there was a sixth.

And then the shot rang out.

I collapsed in pain, then looked to my right leg to see I had been shot. I looked to see it was the last guard, and Jonathan took him out quickly.

"Catherine!" Kim yelled. She was about to run after me, but my parents caught her and told her to deal with Jonathan. I heard Jonathan say that we needed to take these guards, as they knew he was a good guy. Kim agreed, thinking it would be good to interrogate them all.

"About these cameras," Jonathan started but was cut off by Kim.

"My parents already took care of it." Now that everything was settled, we just needed a way to escape. Jonathan quickly told us the only way out was the front door, and secret exits that Jonathan didn't have intel on. We had come this far, only to come to a dead end. Which was when I started to hear a helicopter's blade getting closer and closer. I had quickly realized there were windows that were bullet proof, but you could still see through them.

When I looked, I saw a helicopter on a helipad driven by none other than Alex. We all were relieved. My dad came to pick me up, but we still didn't know how to get out. Then I glanced at the catwalk. I suddenly had an idea.

"Bomb!" I yelled. "Use the bomb!".

Jonathan quickly climbed back up to the catwalk and got the bomb detonator. He threw it to Kim.

"When I say push it, push it!" he yelled. Kim nodded calmly. Jonathan heaved the bomb off the ground and threw it at the window.

"Now!" he exclaimed.

Kim pressed the button and the windows exploded. My plan had worked perfectly. Kim, my mum, and my dad dragged the 6 men. I limped to the helicopter. Once we all hopped on, I said thanks to Alex. I looked one more time at Jonathan. He had his gun aimed at us, to make it look like we had escaped. I waved bye to him. He smiled and waved by. Enemy agents started shooting at us, but we were too far in the air. In all of the chaos, I hadn't had time to think about how I was wrong.

For the time being, we were winning.
