Part 2(running away)

Hiccup POV

It was dark in the lonely forest, only having the light of the gloomy moon to light my way through the forest and the sound of crickets that give me a calming sense . I had pack my needed supply and left my home without my busy father finding out and manage to pass by the half-drunk guards on their night watch and then carefully walked towards the Cove where Toothless hide.

Once reaching the area, I took a few seconds to admire it. There was a clear lake that reflects the moon and nice soft landscape of sharp blades of green grass covering it, a few old oak trees, and nice giant rock formations that were covered with some fungi. This is my favorite place, it was a perfect place for me to let me escape reality, that helpless life I'm going though. It was peaceful and always posses that unique vibe that I can't felt in the village, theirs no displease face of Vikings or the disappointing eyes and vibe from my father nor can hear the harsh compliment of the 'lovely' villagers, note the sarcasm

Toothless was their snoozing in peace. He was as black as charcoal and can barely see him in the dark and have large green glowing eyes that shut tight during his nap and have a single prosthetic tail fin, I may or may not be the cost of that.....heheheeeeh

The silents was short-lived when I suddenly heard a voice around me and that made me jump and sent me to fear that I might get caught.

"Hiccup?......what are you doing here?..... you should be sleeping in your hut right now." Said Astrid unemotionally

"Ash-Astrid......., H-hey....., wh-What are you going h-here as well" I stutter nervously as I rub the back of my head."I-I'm training, ya of course but answer my question and do not think of changing the sub-" she snaps before getting cut off by a familiar dragon roar.

"Nightfury.....get down" said Astrid quickly as she pushes me to the ground as I lay on the grassy ground beside her as the Toothless rush towards me, thinking Astrid is a treat.

Astrid who just got up and hold a battle stand with her trusty ax and well ready to defend her self and me while Toothless was about to pound on her until I get in between them and started to come Toothless down.

"Hey, Hey, Hey.......easy bud......easy......." I said softly while I face my dragon and soon turn my gaze toward a frighten Astrid " you scared him"

"I-I scared him! wait! who him?!" Said Astrid angrily glaring at me and Toothless. "Astrid-toothless, Toothless-Astrid" I introduce and look at Astrid who still having the same expression before running back to the village.

No.....she can't tell the others, I mean why do I care though, I'm running away but I also plan to fake my own death." bud, we need to get her" I said a bit nervously while looking dumbly and lazily at me.

Astrid POV

"A.....Nightfury, Hiccup has befriended it, that explains why he is suddenly good in dragon training" I thought as I run as fast I could to return back to the village. I felt few hot tears run down my cheeks as I felt betrayed, oh, why the mighty Astrid Hofferson would felt betrayed by the runt of the village, I have no idea my self.

I was halfway through the forest and suddenly I felt sharp scales poking both my shudders as I no longer felt the ground on my feet and I realize I was hovering about the air as I have been carried by the Nightfury
And that idiotic rider of his, as they place me on a very tall tree and letting me hang on to one of its branches.

"HICCUP.....LET ME DOWN FROM HERE!!!!" I yelled scared and frustrated at the same time as I swing around the branch because of the strong wind that the Nightfury wings flap
