"Maami wake up." Aaliyah whispered into Habeebah's ear.

"Go Aaliyah, please let me sleep." Habeebah groaned cuddling her pillow.

"It's past 12 already, you missed breakfast so I brought you food." She said dropping the tray on the bed side table.

"I am not hungry." Habeebah whined dragging the duvet.

"No Maami, you have to eat. Aunt Humairah called earlier to ask if you have eaten, we had to lie to her that you did. So get up now, except you want her driving all the way down here." Aaliyah said opening the windows.

"Good morning Maami! How was your night?" She beamed hugging her Mom.

"Good morning! My night was good." Habeebah replied ruffling her hair.

"Your temperature is high, are you sick?" Aaliyah asked worriedly touching her head.

"I just have a headache, if I take my pills I'll be fine." Habeebah replied massaging her temple.

"You have to eat Maami and when I mean eat, I mean eat alot," Aaliyah said climbing out of the bed. "So you can take your medications." She added placing the tray on Habeebah's lap.

Habeebah smiles at the so much seriousness in her tone, she looks exactly like Umma when she acts like this.

"It's all your favourite," She said opening the warmers. "Eat to your fill, Hanaan would be here with your tea. Please stop smiling and eat something." She whined.

"Okay I'm eating already." Habeebah said munching on fried chips.

Knock Knock!

"Hello there family," Hanaan peeked through the door smiling. "May I come in?" She asked closing the door before either could answer.

"Good morning Mamitah! How's your cute self doing today?" She asked pecking Habeebah on the cheek. "I have brought your tea." She added positioning the teacup on the tray.

Habeebah looks at her with a smug smile. "Where did you learn to talk like that?" She asked.

"She says she is trying to act matured,  matured at 6," Aaliyah interposed laughing. "She has been spending much time watching Nickelodeon practicing how to behave."

"Must you always ruin my plans?" Hanaan asked pouting.

"I am just helping you out." Aaliyah replied raising her hands in surrender.

"Yeah yeah, helping me out." Hanaan glared rolling her eyes.

"Maami please don't mind her, I am behaving the way I am suppose to which I guess  is maturely." Hanaan said grinning.

"Maturely." Aaliyah teased.

"Maami?" Hanaan whined.

"Aaliyah?" Habeebah warned.

"Sorry." Aaliyah apologized laying on the bed.

"You're doing good my dear, superb." Habeebah said sipping her tea.

"Thanks milady." She curtseyed bowing.

"Is that why you're dressed as a waitress?" Habeebah asked chuckling taking in her appearance.

"As they say practice makes perfect." She replied chortling.

"It sure does." Aaliyah voiced cackling.

They stayed in relaying the events that happened to Habeebah yesterday, from the mall to the terrible traffic. After seeing to it that their Mother was well fed and had taken her medication, they left the room so she could freshen and prepare for Salaat, since it was almost Dhuhr prayer.
