Part 4

Nanu sat beside Mishti with a bowl of corn flakes, requesting her to eat something.

Nanu- Princess.. my pari.. dekho it looks so yummy haina?
( Pointing towards corn flakes)

Mishti- Nahi mujhe nhi khana... nhi khana...
Nanu- Pari beta... Tum good girl ho na??

She nodded her head to a frequent yes.

Nanu- Toh chalo ache bachon ki taran kha lo yeh... come on!
Mishti-  Nai nai nai nai mujhe nai khana..ye achhi nahi hai..
She said while throwing both her arms in air.

Meanwhile ketki comes to handle the situation.

Ketki- Are aree kya hua meri Pari ko...

Nanu- Acha hua beta tu aa gyi.. dekh na  Pari phirse kuch kha hi nhi rhi hai! Tu hi koshish kr...

Mishti kept herself busy with the toys..
She looked at Ketki and smiling. Ketki started taking a place beside her.

Ketki- Uhmm Pariii...
Mishti- Ha Ketu...?
Ketki- Tumhe pata hai ki agar khana nhi khoyege toh kya hoga..?

She nodded her head in a with that cute  questioning face.

Ketki- Agar khana nhi khoyege na toh badaaa saa germ ayega aur apke pet ko kha jeyga... Phir apka pet b dard hoga aur chakkr bhi ayenge..

Mishti made some wierd and horrified faces after listening to ketki..

Mishti- Ohuuu.....
Ketki- So hame us germ ko marna haina toh khaana khana pdega na.. toh yeh corn flakes aap khoyege haina...Ummm yummy yummy cornflakes haina..! Chalo chalo!

Mishti nodded in a no..still not ready to eat.

Mishti- Nhi nhi nhiii.... Mujhe nahi khana cornflakes! No no no..
She started  roaming here and there in the room and was about to go outside when she bumped into someone..

It was..Abir..
As she saw him, she hugged his arm hiding herself behind him saying- Dekho na friend... Nanu aur Ketu mujhe tang kr rhe hai ...

Abir looked at them and Ketki signaled through her eyes about the situation.
Abir assuring with his eyes started..

Abir- So uhmm.... Nanu Ketki kyun tang kr rhe ho ap dono Mishti ko...

Mishti still hiding behind abir hugging his arm..  
Nanu- Mishti???

Mishti- Nanu.. nanu... meri friend ne mujhe new name diya hai ....Mishtiiii... Acha haina....
Nanu- Par Abir!
Abir- Nanu I will explain everything but not now... 

Nanu said nodding- Theek hai
Abir- Haa toh ... mai keh rha tha... Mishti ko koi tang nhi krega....

Abir making her stand in front of him.

Abir- Toh Mishti tumhe corn flakes nhi khana ??
Mishti nodded her head to a cute no with a frowning face.

Abir- Theek hai...agar tumhe nhi khana toh mat khayo..
Ketki- Par bhai...
Abir- Ketu... mene kaha na agar Mishti nhi khana chahti toh rehne do..

Looking at Mishti Abir said- okk Mishti?

Mishti giggled seeing Ketki face, taking Abir's arm again..

Abir saw her mom coming with a plate of khichdi..
Abir- Mishti cornflakes nahi khana chahti but mujhe to exactly pata hai Mishti kya khaygi...haina Mishti?

Making her sit on the bed, Abir started- So Mishti close your eyes.. mere paas tumhare liye but hi yummy cheez hai...

Mishti closed eyes by both her hand- Kya haiii?

As Anamika enters with Khichdi in room, Abir took plate from her and started, settling himself beside her..

Abir- Mistiii now open your eyes

As she opened, she saw Abir holding a plate of khichdi..
Mishti- Wow!!... khichdiiii......
She started clapping and jumping...

Ketki and Nanu still in shock what's going on and Anamika just stood there silently...adoring both of them with teary eyes.

Ketki- Maa yeh sb... aur aap ro...

Before she could say anything her mom interrupted.
Anamika- Bau ji.. Ketki.. Abir Mishti ko sambhal lega.. ap dono ayeye mere saath...
She left the room assuring Abir with her eyes.

Abir- Mishti you want to eat khichdi na so yahan aake betho..
He said to an excited Mishti who is still busy jumping and clapping.

Sitting infront of him she opened her mouth..
Abir smiled at her cuteness..
She was always such a cutie!
Abir started feeding her as she was busy playing with her toy and enjoying khichdi as well.

Abir(in mind)- Don't know tumhe achanak se yeh kaise hogya hai Mishti.... Lekin jisne bhi tumhara yeh haal kiya hai usko me chodunga nhi....
Never! Aur mai apni Mishti ko wapas normal life me laake rahunga! I promise...

After finishing with feeding,he called a servant to hand him over the plate. Giving Mishti her medicines, Abir started..

Abir- So Mishti ready for the game???
Mishti- Wow game.... Yayy...
Abir- But this time my game will be a bit different okay?

Mishti looked at him...confused.

Abir- You have to answer my questions properly and I will give you chocolate...done?
Mishti- Yayay.... chocolate!...
Abir- Lekin tumhe sab sach sach answer karna hai ...okayy Mishti?..

Mishti nodded her head biting her lips cutely- Ohkay..
Abir- So tell me what is your favorite toy??
Mishti- I love soft toys..teddy bears...woh na itne itne soft soft hote hai na..mujhe na bohuut pasand hai..

Abir- Great... toh ab mujhe batao tumhe is ghar me sbse zyada Kon pasand hai ??

Mishti putting her finger on her face looking upwards- Uhmm...uhmm..  Ketuuuu...

Abir makes a frown face asked- Achha! mai pasand nahi hoon??

Mishti (giggled)- Tum bhi ho ...
Covering her face with her toy...
Abir adoring his shy Mishti...

Abir- Achha toh tumhe khichdi kitni pasand hai????

She opened her arms to full extent and said--- Itniiiiiiiiii...meri favourite haiiii

Abir- Wow Mishti.. you are answering really good... lagta hai tumhe chocolate mil jayega!
Mishti chuckled...
Abir- So Mishti my last question... Answer it correctly okk...
(He knew what he was going to do so gathering his courage, he asked her)
Tumhari mom kahan hai Mishti??

Mishti's eyes stiffened as soon as she heard this question..the word 'Mom'...
She started screaming throwing everything here and there- Nhi nhi nhi..... Mumma nhii.......
Please nhi... Nhi mumma nahi aaahhhhh...
Screaming to her heart's content...that fear..pain in her eyes..
and she collapsed on the bed.

Abir- Mishtiiiii!!!......
