Chasity

Rolling over under Tristan's body, I let out a long, very well needed yawn before looking up at him. Like I expected, he was still asleep with his arms still wrapped around me tightly. I managed to look over at my phone that was resting on Tristan's nightstand, plugged into the socket behind it.

Not wanting to wake him up, I reached out my arm and grabbed it, disconnecting the cord with my fingers. I immediately pressed the home button, seeing it was 3:23 in the morning. Yawning again, I began to look through the recent messages I had been sent since I put my phone on 'Do Not Disturb.'

(804) 662-4507: I need you to meet me at David & Shield ASAP.
(804) 662-4507: It's important so don't bullshit.

Frowning, I turned up the brightness a little, squinting my eyes in the process, to get a better look at the messages. Who the hell was this? I was always the type to save numbers so I had no idea on who this person was and why they wanted me to meet them at this location. The messages were only a few minutes apart, the first one being sent just fifteen minutes ago.

Shaking my head, I started to delete the messages and block the number, but my curiosity got the best of me and I ended up replying.

To: (804) 662-4507: Who is this?

I pressed send and started to look through the ones I had gotten. Two were from Zeke, one from my sister and the other was from my mother. By the time I had replied to them all and came back from a trip to the bathroom, I had received another text from the number.

From: (804) 662-4507: Pablo

Out of all people, why in the world was he texting me? And more importantly, what was so important that he had to see me at this time in the morning?

To: (804) 662-4507: Whatever you're contacting me for can't wait until the morning? And how did you get my number?

From: (804) 662-4507: A mutual friend, just hurry up.

My eyebrow lifted up, wondering on what the hell he wanted with me this time of night. I usually had security with me but just because I was only planning on being with Tristan, I figured I wouldn't need somebody hovering over me.

Removing the covers from over me, I got up and went over to Tristan's dresser and started rummaging through it, taking out a pair of shorts. I slipped them on and folded them over since they were a bit too big around the waist area.

As I continued to get ready, I thought about last night, replaying everything that Tristan and I did. Not once did I think that we would ever (again) go that far, but nonetheless, I didn't regret a thing. It showed me that all the feelings that I had for him, that I thought died years ago, were still well alive.

"Where you going?" I heard Tristan ask, shuffling around the bed. He was still half asleep with his eyes half opened.

"I don't know, Pablo wants me to meet him somewhere for something." I shrugged. "He said it's urgent and I needed to come meet him now." I explained to him.

"Do you see what time it is? I know you're not going out there by yourself." By this time, he was sitting propped up in the bed on his elbow, his eyes still glued on me.
