Dear Enemy:- An AU Fanfiction

Chapter 22

My mom had a successful operation but she was supposed to stay at hospital for another six months. It had also been a month since our new year of school started. There was no much of studies, just preparing for entrance examinations and completing assignments.

It was a weekend and we had no school. I was supposed to go to meet eomma but it was cancelled. I went for some grocery shopping. After I was done shopping, I decided to go to a  cafe 

From a far distance I saw Hana with some other guy. They both were walking hand in hand.They did not look like brother and sisters as well. I thought not to jump on conclusion so I also entered the cafe behind them. The place was quite busy so it was difficult for them to spot me.

I took a seat behind their table. My back was facing them. I was hearing their conversation.

"I am so happy that we are getting engaged." Hana said. "Appa is so excited that he personally organizing every minute things required." She continued. 

"Good to hear that but....... what about Taehyung?" The stranger said. "Fuck you....you just ruined the mood telling his name." Hana replied. 

"You need to end the relationship. You need to tell him the truth that you are getting married as soon as you turn 18." The stranger said.

"I know that but everytime I meet him, he is so energetic and happy that I cannot break his heart. More importantly we do not know about the consequences, he may be dangerous." Hana replied to him.

I could not take it anymore so I decided to show up. I turned around and tapped on Hana's shoulder. She turned around slowly. Her eyes widen in shock looking at me. She gupl down saliva due to nervousness.

"We need to talk about this." I said and smiled a bit softly looking at her so that she can realise how hurt I am.I took a seat at their table.

"When and how did this happen?" I asked her.

"Two weeks later my father announced that he has arranged my marriage with him. I did not want to because I was in love with Taehyung but Appa forced me to meet him. We did not like each other at start but soon our feelings changed and I fell in love with him." She explained.

"What about Taehyung then?" I asked her.

"I was going to breakup but every time I meet him it gets difficult."She replied.

"This is not an excuse. You are his first love. He loves you more than anything. You know no one is forcing you to marry him. If Taehyung goes to your Appa, your Appa will accept him at first go itself. Taehyung is rich, handsome, a whole package I mean. " I said to her. 

"I know but I do not love him anymore. I think it wasn't even love, it was just attraction. I am in love with Minho. I love him a lot and want to marry him as well." She replied. I just sighed as a reply. 

"Please breakup with him before his obsession towards you turns into possession. Do not let him know about your relationship before you break up. It will have an adverse effect on you as well as him." I said. 

"I will make it sure she does it soon." The Minho guy assured me.  I did not even look at him because I was pissed enough. I took a leave and went back to home. 

I did not spot Taehyung at home. He must have gone out with his friends. I had to think about a way to tell Taehyung about this soon if Hana decides not to tell him. I waited for Taehyung to come till late night but there were no signs of him. I was about to leave to search for him when the door opened revealing a drunken Taehyung leaning on his. I ran towards them to help the driver. We legit threw Taehyung on the couch.

"How did this happen?" I asked him. "Sir called me to pick up near a coffee shop. He ordered me to go to his friend's bar. I thought they need to meet each other so I dropped him there and waited. Soon, one of the staff members brought him out in a completely drunken state. If I would have known, he is going to drink I wold have not let him." The driver replied. 

"Hana, Hana..."Taehyung was mumbling looking at me. I realised what must have happened. 

"Thanks for bringing him here safely and sorry for causing you a trouble." I said and bowed towards the driver. He left the house immediately. 

I picked up Taehyung and dragged him upstairs towards his room. I pushed him on his bed. I removed his socks, shoes and his jacket and pulled up a blanket over him. I thought to slept on the couch of his room because he may need me if he wakes up in the middle. 

I woke up in the morning to someone's soft sobbing. It was Taehyung. I went towards him and rubbed his back to calm him down.

"What happened Tae? Why are you crying?" I asked him. "Hana is in relationship with other guy and they are going to get married soon." He replied in a crying voice. "What? I cannot believe it." I replied to show him that I do not know about it or else he will beat me to death if he knows that I knew about it.

"Now what are you going to do?" I asked him to after he calmed down. "I don't know. I will wait for her to love me back. I just cannot break up with her." He said. I respect his decision. There are still hopes that she will like him back.

"Fine but if she doesn't break her up at that moment." I said and he nodded as a reply.
