I was in no mood to dress up but eomma forced me to. Instead of choosing what I need to wear, I asked my maids to do so. They have a better sense in fashion than me. They choose a knee length chiffon dress and some heels. The heels were hurting my feet but they were the only ones which would look best with the dress.
The door bell rang indicating they have arrived. I was still upstairs so I made my way downstairs after grabbing my mobile phone. I saw eomma escorting Mr and Mrs Kim to the couch. I did not see Taehyung anywhere which made me sad. I made my way towards the couch.
"Good Evening." I greeted both of them. "Good Evening Hyerin." They both said in unison. I took a seat at the couch. I looked a bit towards the door in a hope that he will be here.
"Taehyung is coming. He is parking the car."Mrs Kim said. The others laughed lightly at her statement. It was an embarrassing moment. Tae arrived soon. We just looked at each other for a moment.
The whole time during, we both did not utter a single word. It was just either a 'hmm' or a short answer whenever our parents asked us anything.
After dinner, we all made our way to the couch. "Hyerin, you and Taehyung go upstairs. We elders need to talk something related to business." Appa said. I was about to refuse when eomma glared at me. We both made our way upstairs to my room.
He made his way towards the couch while I sat on the corner of my bed. I tried to remove the buckle of my sandals but they were a bit difficult to remove. Maids had helped me to put on so I did not know the way to remove it. I got frustrated trying to remove the heels so I just left it the way it was. I fall back to sleep but I could not because of his presence so I just stared into space.
Few minutes later, he got up from his seat. I thought he was going to leave. He made his way but stopped near my bed. I got up and looked at him in confusion. He bent down and started to unbuckle my heels. I was shocked.
"No one would be at the university to help you in unbuckling this. Learn how to do it." He said and removed the belt. My feet felt at a bit ease.
"Does this mean we are back?" I asked him. "I do not remember of us breaking up to get back together." He replied. Tears dwell up in my eyes.
"Don't cry. You look more uglier than me when you cry." He said and wiped my tears with his cold hands. I miss his touch.
