In a green field, all alone,
Where the wind whispers, unknown,
Stands a dandelion so small,
'Neath a bright sky, like a colorful shawl.
Its yellow head nods, so light,
To the breeze, it takes flight,
Petals spin through the air,
Like leaves in fall, beyond compare.
In that silent moment so deep,
I stand there, starting to weep,
In awe of the beauty I see,
Amidst chaos, it sets my heart free.
For in this world's endless fight,
There's a whisper of love and light,
Tears fall like drops of rain,
Ink stains, expressing the pain.
