Nickname = (N/N)

We picked up our suitcases and started to follow the unknown man. Instead of going inside of the airport, we walked around it.

[???] Forgive my manners, (N/N). I have not yet introduced myself. I am Travis Taylor.
[Y/N] Well it is nice to see you, Travis.
[Travis] It is more than a pleasure to finally meet you.

We continued to walk around the airport until we came into the private section of it. Travis opened the gate with his ID and we walked in.

There we saw all sorts of jets and planes. Most were private jets, polished and cleaned. I stared in awe as we wandered the place.

[Travis] Since you two are going on a important mission, we decided that we could offer you some comfort.
[Y/N] Wait a minute, who is "we"?
[Travis] Well me and Illinois's workers of course. But I'm his supervisor.

He unlocked a door with his keys and opened it to reveal all sorts of equipment.

[Travis] Every other mission you had done was fairly easy. But this is has accidentally had gotten out word and bandits or raiders are looking for the idol of the Temple of the Lost Elephant. It is up to you two to go to that temple, and find that idol before they do. Or else, bad things are going to happen.

Travis unloaded some of the equipment and into a white shiny jet. After he was finished, we packed our bags into it and close the door.

[Travis] We, also, recently got a note from the raiders but it is confusing and none of us are able to code it out.
[Illinois] Do you have it on you?
[Travis] Yes.

He pulled out a piece of paper folded into fours. He gave the paper to Illinois and while he unfolded it, I moved closer to him to have a look. There, we saw a mix of numbers and letters in a line. Numbers were seen at the top of the paper.

I looked at the paper in disbelief. It the whole thing was just a whole bundle of letters and numbers. I wondered how one person could figure this out.

I looked up at Illinois.

[Y/N] You can figure this out, right?
[Illinois] I can try.
[Y/N] How in entire hell did you became a teacher.
[Illinois] I'm a teacher. Not a detective.
[Y/N] Detectives are smart, right?

I took the paper from him and put it in the other pocket of the notebook.

[Y/N] Anything else, Travis?
[Travis] No. It is getting late and you need to go now. The sooner you leave, the sooner you'll get to the temple.

Travis began to walk away when Illinois stopped him.

[Illinois] Aren't you coming?
[Travis] I will be but I have stuff to take care of. It'll be a while, but I will be right behind your footsteps.

He gave Illinois a thumbs up and then he got out his radio.

[Travis] They're ready.
[???] 10-4

A young pilot came out and he walked up to us, smiling.

[???] Hello. I'll be your pilot. My name Venus. I'll be your pilot for your trip.
[Illinois] Well hello Venus. This is my associate (N/N).
[Y/N] I told you, I'm not your associate.

I stuck out my hand for her to shake it. She chuckled a little bit before putting her hands behind her back.

[Venus] Our flight will be a 5 hour long flight. So, in case you don't starve, food will be provided for you.

A smile formed on my face because I love food. Who doesn't.

[Venus] Without further ado, let's get on and go on our flight.

She went into the jet first and we both followed. When we arrived, the air conditioning was on a cool low. Comfort was everywhere. The seats were a soft white cushioning. I smiled as I took a seat in the soft seat and I spinner in it.

I looked out the window and I felt the engines start. I buckled up and I saw the jet now moving slowly. We are now on the run way and we both started to go faster and faster.

We slowly got into air and I saw my city from sky high. The sun started to slowly descend into the horizon. Now the city lights started to go on. It was beautiful, but I felt I was now leaving a part of me behind.

It's been about 2 years I lived here and it's always been home.

I slumped in my chair and I saw Illinois on the other side of me, working on some papers. Might as well start on my own work.

I pulled out the paper Travis gave us and continued to decode the riddle.
