Infirmary. The place she hates the most. Mostly because of what leads to her visit there and the fact that she's dragging that douche of a vet who just can't keep his hands to himself and now she has to help him out. How ironic.
Haemi is glad that the man behind her is keeping his mouth shut and not provoke her already annoyed self. She isn't quite sure why the silence considering how bold and rude he can be. Maybe it's because he's still deep in his stupor or still shock or because he's a flat out a dumbass. Whatever the reason is, Haemi doesn't care but sadly the rules here does.
Owners are responsible for the damages their equines caused and will be equally responsible for the fixing as well.
Ms May's strong voice echoes in her mind and Haemi tsked at the annoying reminder of responsibility and her task now is to get this nosy fella a bandage and ointment to cover the scratch Lion have caused with just a split second only. Which was why Haemi named him after a predator because that prey animal acts like a freaking carnivore.
Haemi pushes Jimin down onto a stool before fumbling around the infirmary for plasters and some good ol' Chinese herb ointment which is her favorite when it comes to minty healing and fast recovery for mild wounds.
Before his butt even touches the stool, Jimin srings out of his seat seeing as Haemi is about to treat his wounds and considering himself as a vet, he can't let his client do such a thing.
"Miss Kim, I can do it-"
"Sit down. It's the rules here. I need to treat your scratches. Full-stop"
The girl snaps without even looking at him but Jimin already knows she is glaring. He doesn't know about the rules here but one thing for sure is that pushing further with his argument on handling things himself will only irritate her more.
Her heavy movements and deliberate stomping shows sheer annoying and he knows exactly why. Haemi finally sits down with a thud before taking his hand and inspect the wound. A quiet hum left her mouth as her eyes check the split skin and small peeks of blood threatening to drip out. His fair and delicate skin makes her act on instinct to feather her fingers and soften her movements.
The cut seems to be a little bigger than she had expected and there is also few more small ones around his wrist that may have been caused by the rough wooden stall door. She sprays water around his hand and dried it with a towel before dabbing some ointment onto them.
Chinese herbs may not be his biggest interest in his field of study which is why Jimin is slight doubtful of the weird texture and the smell. He scrunches his nose at the smell and frown at the green colored cream. From the corners of her eyes, Haemi catches his gaze of judgement that fuels her irritation even more.
Ungrateful brat......
She harshly stick the plaster onto the biggest wound and gives it a loud pat as if she is trying to make it stick on but really, she is just trying to hold her urge to slap his pretty face.
Without uttering a word, Haemi stands up and dusts her hands before exiting the infirmary, leaving the still clueless vet on the stool with his quiet hiss after getting his wounds slapped. Jimin curses at her under his breath but instantly stops when the girl returns.
"Don't just sit there, we have work to do"
Haemi voice in a monotone before strolling out again. She heard his curses but also reminds herself to be the bigger person and not act childish like the bratty vet. Her training starts in just a few moments and Ms May have informed both of them of the strict rules of having a personal vet which she will be expected to get used to.
