"Are you sure you're ready?"Ms May asked with a doubtful frown as she watched Haemi adjusting her stirrups and getting ready for an indoor cross country course that the trainer helped set up.
The news of Crowner Stable's champion rider getting back in the game spread like wildfire and excited many people. However, Ms May had other thoughts and opinions about it, mostly worried about the weak looking Haemi and considering what she had been through, it might not be a wise decision to be back in saddle yet.
Haemi just nodded at Ms May question, not wanting to further the conversation as she knew the trainer was going to convince her to stay back for the time being. Though that might be the best solution, Haemi still thinks she needed some wild eventing to get her mind off the recent heartbreak and cease the man's beautiful face from flashing across her mind again.
"But Haemi-"
"Ms May, please"
Haemi cut the trainer off with a serious tone and a glare though her gaze was laced with sorrow and loneliness. With no other choice at all, the trainer had to let the girl do whatever she wants to.
Haemi sighed before nudging Lion as they approached the first jump. The duo have done some warm-ups and ground works and Lion seemed a little off but Haemi just thought that he might be rusty after not being ridden for so long so she brushed it off.
Ms May decided to leave the rider alone to train as she couldn't bare seeing Haemi's gloomy as shes ride. The once bright smile whenever she rides was gone and replaced with a stressed out expression and a frowning lips.

The night darkened the city as the sun went away to the far west. The upcoming winter dulled the weather sooner than expected. Even the breeze had become colder and sent chills down people's spine whenever it blew.
The clock struck 6pm when Jimin got out of the steamy shower with a towel circling his waist and water dripping down his hair to his bare torso. It might be a sight to drool on but too bad the one who would wasn't here. Which was why the man had went out of his way to groom and dress up more decently before meeting the girl he loved and still loves.
He dried himself and blew his hair before picking a turtleneck and a pair of jeans and choose a long trench coat as well for the cold weather. His fingers ran through his freshly cleaned hair as he neatly styled it and grabbed his things before jogging downstairs.
"Looking good, bro"
A muffled voice sounded from the kitchen and made Jimin stopped in his hurried steps. He turned and found Jin in the kitchen stuffing his mouth with some freshly made rice cakes.
Jimin clicked his tongue in annoyance knowing how Jin hasn't change at all when it comes to mom's cooking. The elder brother always eat everything and never leave some for the younger one. Jimin stomped towards Jin and snatched the rice cake before aggressively ate it a glare.
"Excuse me?! You brat-"
"Okay okay stop it! Yall are grown men. Can't you learn to share?"
Mr Park waved his hands to shoo his sons away from the kitchen before they destroy the place when they fight for the rice cake like last time.
Jin yanked Jimin into a headlock as they clung onto the last piece of rice cake, fighting their way into the living room. Before Jimin could snatch it away, their mom called him from the kitchen with another batch of freshly made rice cakes on a tray.
"Min-ah! Bring some for Haemi"
Mrs Park beamed as she packed some rice cakes into a container and handing it to Jimin who's rice cake was stolen by the older brother. The woman also handed him some hoodies.
