"Shorten your strides and keep your eyes on the jump!"

Ms May's voice roars across the indoor arena, pushing her voice to be even louder to reach her rider who is flying over fences on a big palomino. Hours went by but those two seems to be too engross in their training pay any attention to the ticking clock.

Other riders may have several horses to take turns to train with them as long hours trainings may ache the equine beasts but Lion was known for his incredible stamina and his passion for sporting just like his perfectionist rider.

Haemi have been correcting all her jumps to perfection over the hours, making sure to have the right strides and agile turns. The sweat on both her and her horses are evident of their hard work.

The once packed arena is now empty and Haemi is the only rider training there. The fences scatter around the place with some even higher than before to match her skills and his intelligence.

For most of the times, Jimin would've stop his clients from pushing their horses too far but surprisingly the man finds himself just as engross as them as he evaluates every single movements. Her posture, her concentration and her bond with her horse are remarkable. And judging by how passionate Lion is, Jimin figures the pair is topping the industry with ease.

He knows he was focusing on the rider too much so Jimin averts his gaze to the horse. It's canter and strides are consistent and fluid as well, something to admire the horse for. He reads it's behavior as well and mentally noted a few minor details. Though he is keeping his focus on the horse, Jimin seems to be trailing off to somewhere, more specifically, at the pasture where he was sitting behind Haemi and instinctively held onto her for dear life on that tall palomino.

He bites his lips in embarrassment, recalling how his first day at work started off. Not to mention his indecent act yesterday with the car crash. His head dips down as he sighs. All those years of studying and training to be the well-known Doctor Park of Equine is now mocked on by his new important client.

Such a smartass, Park Jimin. Such a fucking smartass

Jimin softly slaps himself on the head as he tsked at himself.

"Are you alright, doc?"

His eyes snap up only to find both the trainer and rider staring at him. No doubt they've witness his meltdown. Way to go, Jimin....yay..... He awkwardly coughs and grins before nodding. Haemi lazily blinks at him but brushes off the sight of him slapping himself before proceeding with her questions.

"So, how did I do?"

Haemi leans back on her saddle with a hand on the reins and another on her hips with an arched brow. Honestly speaking, he didn't do much evaluation other than watching in amazement as the two aced those jumps but obviously only praising his client on his first day will only make him look unprofessional and ass kissing so Jimin dig his mind for something to critic.

He stands straighter and dusts off his coat with a stoic face, trying to regain his professionalism.

"Well you both did a great job but....Lion was tail swishing a lot especially when you put pressure on the reins so maybe we can try out other bits for him to find comfort?"

Jimin strolls over before hesitatingly pats Lion's neck. Though the horse snorts a little, it lets the vet touch it.

Haemi glances at Ms May as they nod at each other. Surely Jimin was doing a great job with his evaluation considering how minor yet important the result is. It's crucial for riders to make sure their companions are in the best and most comfortable conditions to perform well.
