"She's just had another dream. She knows what Simon is," I said to my family and closed the door behind them. "You know that I am a vampire?", asked Simon Clary, who apparently heard everything through his good hearing. "Yes," she said and looked, then at me as she continued to speak, "I also wanted to ask Jace what he meant by that, 'All the legends are true. We are Shadowhunters. We protect the human world from the world of demons. Because I remembered that during my dreams, but then you already came", Clary said to the six. "Come kiddo, let's all sit down first and then we can clear up all your questions," Luke said and everyone sat down. I was just about to sit down when I heard Clary behind me breathing my name and starting to stagger. "Clary," I cried full of concern and ran to her to catch her, touching the ground. "She seems to have a flashback," said Magnus, while the others cleared the couch again so I could put Clary there. "What do you think?", I asked Magnus while I turned all my attention to Clary who was writhing back and forth like in a nightmare. "She seems to get a big piece of memory back from the angels. So she has stepped away, but will surely regain consciousness in a moment," Magnus said to me while he put his hand on my shoulder to calm me down.

All of a sudden, my eyes went black and I only noticed how Jace caught me. All of a sudden I found myself in front of the club called Pandemonium again and I was jostled. "Hey, can't you watch where you're going?" I hissed at Jace and he looked at me and said "You can see me?" From that moment on, it was like a movie in my head. I recognised the situation from my dreams, the way Maureen and Simon looked at me as if I'd lost my mind and without controlling it myself, I turned away from them and ran towards the entrance of the club. "Where are you going?" Simon called after me and I answered, "Getting some answers. It all came together like a big picture and ended with the situation between Jace and me in the institute when he sat on my sickbed and said, "All the legends are true. We are Shadowhunters. We protect the human world from the world of demons". The next thing I noticed was Jace repeatedly stroking me over the head and smiling at me when he noticed I was conscious again. "Biscuit, thank the angels you are back with us", Manus said to me and I smiled at him. "We are Shadowhunter," I said as I sat up and looked at Jace. "All the legends are true. There are vampires, werewolves, witches, sorcerers, demons and fairy creatures, all legends are true. I can't remember everything yet, but I'm sure you'll help me. Because one thing I've already understood, without having all my memories back, you love me Jace and I love you, nothing will change that", I said and immediately we kissed. What I had never seen before was Jace crying, but as we parted I saw his cheek running down with tears. We spent the next few hours together with everyone and they told me many things about my past, but I was sure that many memories would soon come back to me exactly as they have just been. One thing became clear to me from the stories, many memories will be painful, but there will also be some beautiful ones. But one thing was clear, no matter how painful those memories would be, with Jace by my side I could get through anything.
