chapter 10- New training partners

I layed on Motoyasu's lap and he calmly played with my hair. He was the most gorgeous thing ever. I was there, in his lap. "Do you want to watch a movie, babe?" Motoyasu asked looking me in the eye. His eyes were beautiful, the most gorgeous thing ever. I was too distracted by his charming face to reply to him. He was the only thing I wanted, and here he was. He chuckled, "Or stare at me, that works too,"

"Sit up for a second," Motoyasu calmly ordered. I sat up and faced him, my whole body turned to him. "Yeah?" I asked confused. He wrapped a arm around me and scotted closer. He kissed me. I closed my eyes and kissed back. He was the only thing I needed, noone else just him. He wrapped both of his hands around my waist, I placed my hands on his sholders. This is all I wanted. All I needed. Motoyasu, thats all.

He was there for me, I was there for him. I would protect him, never let him out of my sight. I would love him forever. I moved my hands up a bit, and got more comfortable. Thats when I felt a sharp object enter my back. I opened my eyes as Motoyasu stopped kissing me. "W-wha.." I stammered choaking up blood. He had a evil grin on his face. With a regular kitchen knife, he had stabbed me in the back. "W-why?" I stammred. I couldn't feel anything, all I knew is that I was loosing too much blood.

"Why do you think I loved you?" He asked with a laugh. He hit me on the cheek. "I hate you! I was obviously using you. Thankyou, now I have Myne all to myself." He laughed. He kicked my stomach. I coughed up more blood, resting on the back of the couch. "W-what got into you..?" I asked. It hurt me, I lovd him. But, he didn't love me. "What got into me? I never loved you asshole!" He laughed. "Y...you..." I mumbled as my eyes began to shut.

"Just die. Noone wants you here! Myne hates you, Raphtalia hates you! I hate you! You gay asshole!" He smirked. "B-but...So it was a-all an act?" I mumbled my eyes almost fully closed. Warm tears fell down my face. What was this feeling, it hurt? Rejection? I had no clue. I loved him still. Even if he had treatd me like shit just now, I still loved him. Was i obsessed?

"Obviously dumbass! Honestly, why would I love you!" He laughed. He stood up and started walking my way. He leaned on the arm of the couch, right behind me. I didn't have the strength to look at him, which was a pain in the ass. "You are going to die. Noone will miss you, now bye!" He laughed standing up fully up he left the room. I slowly died, noone there. Coldness, everything cold. I shivered as i took my last breath. "Motoyasu.." I whispered closing my eyes.

"AH!" I woke up breathing heavily. My face was wet along with my pillow. I was, crying? I looked around the room, I was the only one. I looked at the clock beside me. It was morning. "W-where.." I started. He was probably out with some friends. He didn't want to see my ugly face anymore. I sighed and got up. I changed into my school outfit. "Fuck..training.." I sighed walking out of my room. "Hey Naofumi, how are you?!" Myne asked worried. "You and Motoyasu dissapered yesterday! What happened?" She asked hugging me.

I didn't blush like usual. I had no clue why. "Nothing happend he just wanted to talk to me.." I sighed knowing what it was about. I didn't want to be reminded, it ony made me upset. "O-ok.. I just hope you're alright! Also, we are training with two other people today!" Myne giggled cheering up. I smiled, she was finially on a different topic. "Do you know their names?" I asked curious.

"No, not a clue, so let's hurry and get there!" Myne laughed tugging me. Raphtalia walked out and waved. Guess she was tired, though I didn't blame her. We started walking down to the stadium we were going to be fighting in. "Hey Myne, do we even have weapons?" I asked. "Yep! Don't worry!" She laughed letting go of me. "Anyway, here we are!" Myne laugehd opening the huge doors. It was nothing like I had ever seen before. "Wow.." I said staring.

The floor was small tiles that were wooden, or so it seemed. The walls were a beautiful magenta that seemed to have a glowing effect. There were dark purple drapes that you could see through. They went along each wall. The ceiling was pointed upward, getting thinner and taller by the moment. There was a blue crystal chandelier hanging down from the middle. "Anyway, let's get your weapons!" Myne laughed.

She walked into the middle and summoned a Sythe. "Holy shit," I swore as she handed it to me. It was a bit taller than me. It was black and a beautiful light blue.
"If you train hard enough, you'll be able to summon it out of nowhere!" Myne laughed summoning a weapon of her own. It was a bright neon pink bow and arrow. It gave off a beaufiful shine.

Raphtalia had a orange katana that was too sharp for it's own good. I gulped, that better not touch me. Two small girls came running in. I couldn't see them fully because of the light. They ran right up to us huffing and puffing. One was small with blue eyes and long blonge hair. The other had long brown hair with small pigtails on the sides, she had yellow looking eyes. "Hello!" The brown head said.

"Hm? Are these our training partners?" The blonde asked confused. Myne chuckled. "Yep!" "Well, I'm filo! Your name?" Filo asked her bright blue eyes shining. I smiled. "Noafumi." The brown head shoved by Filo, almost knocking her off of her feet. "Hello Naofumi! My name is Kizuna!" Kizuna introduced proudly. "Oh-hi!" I chuckled.

"Hm? Where is Motoyasu, Naofumi? Wasn't he in the dorm with you, where did he go?" Raphtalia asked looking around. "Oh..Uh..about that.." I started remembering. "About what?" Raphtalia questioned walking up to me.

"We got into a small fight yesterday and he never returned afterward." I sighed. "Seriously? You two in another fight?" Myne sighed. "It just never ends, I'm done with you two," She sighed turning around. "Hm? Who is Motoyasu?" Kizuna asked confused. "He's supposed to be one of our other training partners. But obviously he's not here." Myne sighed. "If he doesn't come tommorrow, someone new will be coming in!" Myne pronounced a bit sad. "Dang! I want to meet them!" Filo pouted.

Why didn't he show up? Did he really hate me that much? I looked at the door, then back to the group. I guess he really did hate me. Enough to let himself get kicked out of his own training group. "Let's just start training without him," I suggested gripping the Sythe Myne gave me. "Oh, Naofumi! Before you use that I want to tell you something about it!" Myne smiled walking over to me. She dragged me over to a far corner where the others couldn't hear us.

"So, what about this?" I asked looking at the Sythe in my hands. Nothing seemed off about it, what was so wrog with it? "I wanted to tell you the end can turn into a shield! Depending on how much strength and rage you have, the shield will get more powerful!" Myne laughed spinning around, coming back to face me. Holy shit! This thing was badass. "I mean hey! Soon enough our training will be with real bad guys!" Myne laughed happily. Hold shit, this school wasn't joking! So cool!

"It might even posses some magic!" Myne laughed gripping her bow and arrow. We walked back to the middle. I guess Filo and Kizuna had weapons before hand because they both summoned one. Filo had a staff with a glowing navy blue jewel on the top. It seemed like some mage's wand. Kizuna had a huge sword that gave off a green tint. All of our weapons were badass. I loved them all! "Fight!" Myne called out. "Huh?!" I gasped in surprise. I gripped my Sythe. We were seriously doing this!
