Shuichi, maki and Kaito were playing truth or dare in their dorms at hopes peak high for talented juveniles. "Truth or dare Shuichi?" "Ummm dare?" "Hmmmmm...ah!, I dare you to date Kokichi for a week and then tell him it was a dare!" Shuichi froze in his spot, he didn't want to hurt kokichi's feelings. "Uh I don't know Kaito that sounds-" "come on it's just a prank it's not going to hurt him" Kaito kept insisting Shuichi to do the dare. "Fine I-I'll do it" and with that Shuichi called Kokichi to the cherry blossom tree behind the school.

"What happened my beloved?, bet ya couldn't wait to see me again~" Shuichi started to sweat a little bit way to nervous to actually ask the question. "L-Look I-I-I...I like you Kokichi! A-And I hope you would like to be m-my b-b-boyfriend..." Kokichi froze on his spot clearly caught off guard. Kokichi had a scarlet blush on his face, Shuichi felt bad but pushed all those thoughts aside and went with the prank. "Y-You aren't lying are you?" "O-Of course not?" Then... I would love to date you shumai" Kokichi pulled Shuichi into a hug still blushing.

The two agreed to go on a date the next day since it was kinda late, Shuichi turned over to Kaito's and maki's hidden spot once Kokichi walked back inside the school. "HAHAHAHA he fell for it!" Kaito laughed, maki had a glare attached onto both Kaito and Shuichi, Shuichi couldn't help but feel a wave of guilt take over him.

Time skip

A week has passed it was finally time for Shuichi to tell Kokichi the truth, Shuichi honestly felt bad.....Kokichi had opened up to him, Kokichi told him some small secrets making Shuichi feel even more guilty. Shuichi was currently at kokichi's dorm a frown on his face, "Kokichi we need to talk" Kokichi paused what he was doing and looked at Shuichi clearly scared. "Look I loved the time we spent together and I liked that you opened up to me but....it was a dare...the whole dating Thing was a dare Kokichi, Kaito dared me to date you for a week....I'm sorry."

Kokichi's eyes filled with tears he didn't want this to be true, "w-what?!?...t-this was a god damn fucking dare?!!...I fucking loved you you-you-you asshole!!" Kokichi was having a mental break down right in front of Shuichi. "I-I'm so-" "get out, Get out, Get Out!, GET OUT, GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT YOU ASSHOLE!!" Shuichi did as told not wanting to bother Kokichi anymore.

Tim's skip to some years later (they all graduated from college by now they are probably 20 something)

Shuichi was at his apartment he shared with his high school friend Rantaro Amami. "Hey shuichi!" Rantaro entered the house a faint blush pasted on his face along with a smile. "Yeah?" "So I ran into some old friend and they invited me to their concert that's happening in the recreation center and they gave me two vip and backstage tickets..so you wanna come with me?" "Uh I'm not sure you know I don't like crowded places" "oh pleaseeeee" "ugh fine but do I know this person?" "Yep!" "Who is it?" "It's a surprise, the concert is tomorrow so get ready" with that rantaro went into his room.

Shuichi rolled his eyes and went to sleep, the next day rantaro was very excited and woke up Shuichi up rather early. "Ugh, can you please tell me who was it?" "It's actually a group of three, they aren't an official band they are just doing covers to some old Korean pop songs, do you know Nagito komaeda and Celestia ludenberg?" "Umm yeah but who's the third person?" "That's the surprise, now Chop-chop! Get dressed!" Rantaro walked out of shuichi's room and went to his own. Shuichi got dressed into some jeans and a black hoodie.

Rantaro came out of his room wearing a some black ripped jeans and a white and red stripped shirt. "What?" "You remind me of ummm oh! Waldo!" "It's the theme of one of the songs, now let's go!" Rantaro pulled Shuichi out of the house and dragged him to the recreating center which was filled with people. "You said they weren't a band" "they aren't they just got very popular because of their covers and their are here cause of some company that wants to hear them live and probably hire them" "oh, okay." They took their seats and waited for the concert to start. "I wonder if their going to play the songs in order or out of order."

The music started (the song above) it was very cheerful and cute, the curtains opened leaving Shuichi impressed. The third member was Kokichi and he looked cuter than ever.

Time skip

The 'concert' ended and rantaro pulled Shuichi to the backstage showing their passes. "WAAAAHHHH CELESTE IS BEING MEAN!!" "Come on Celeste let him win just once" "no I can not agree" the room was full chaos just for three people to be in it. "Look! Your friends Kokichi" said Celestia pointed her metal looking finger at Shuichi and rantaro. "Uh?..AMAMI-CHAN!, SAIHARA-CHAN!" Kokichi stood up and hugged the two taller males. "Well Kokichi we're leaving bye!" The other two left the places, "I have missed both of you so much!!" "I missed you too you gremlin" "that's rude Amami-Chan!, how have you been shumai? Haven't heard of you since *that* day."

"Oh! I-I have been good" "that's well I don't want my beloved all depressed and sad, hmm you don't look so emo now that I think about it" Shuichi blushed and looked away. "Tch you gremlin you haven't changed one bit" "I have, or at least that what Celestia says..., wanna play uno?" "Sure" "uhh sure.." "Celeste has been teaching me to play uno so I'm beating both of you!" Kokichi said in his childish voice but it didn't sound that childish it was deeper. The three played uno Kokichi winning every single round, "cheater" "*gasp* I'm not cheating I have been playing against the ultimate gambler you stupid head!"

Some hours passed rantaro and Shuichi were about to leave "shumai! C-Can you please stay..just for a little bit!" Shuichi agreed a small blush on his face not really sure why, rantaro left the two alone. "Look...I know we have an awkward pass since that stupid dare but I would really enjoy if we keep in touch and try be friends again" tears prickled in shuichi's eyes the guilt he never get rid off hitting him like a bus. "Actually Kokichi...I-I know I might be too late but...I actually liked you and I'm sorry I did that dare and hurt you...if you don't mind can we go on a date...?"

"How do can I know this isn't some stupid dare like the last one?" "I-I" Shuichi looked straight into Kokichi's eyes tears going down his cheeks. "Oh...then..I-I would love to shumai! I really enjoyed that one week even tho it was all fake" Kokichi smiled brightly and wiped shuichi's tears away.

Yet another time skip

Shuichi and Kokichi have been dating, kokichi's mini band became famous and it's very well known, Shuichi is working as a detective. Even tho the two are very busy they always find time for each other
