Sitting picking at her food and moving it around her plate, Cheryl sat in a little huff. Her mom was drinking tea and her dad was eating is breakfast too. "So...i thought we could go out today....shopping?" He mom smiled happily. Wow, that was first in ages! She had nothing else to do so she half smiled and shurgged. "Okay then...sounds fun!" She grinned. Cheryl nodded and picked more at her food. It was nearly 8:20am. She shook her head and put her fork down.
The door rattled lightly and her dad looked at her mom. "Front door" He spoke through some chews. Her mom nodded and smiled "Hold on". These days they didnt know if it was the front door or back door getting knocked. Sounds similar. She heard her mom say hello and a deep voice said hello back. Cheryl knew that voice! she shot her head up and then the door closed. "Whos that?" Her dad asked. She shrugged and turned. "Cheryl?" Her mom asked. As cheryl turned she saw Luke walk in!
Her dad turned into defensive mode. "Uh hello?" Her dad asked. "Luke!" Cheryl smiled. "Hi" He nodded. Her mom claspped her hands. "Um...Luke said you forgot about a geography project?" Her mom asked. Cheryl looked up at Luke and gasped. "Oh! no! really? thats due on monday?!" She pretended to be shocked. "Yep! i forgot too. Thought it was next week" Luke sort of chuckled. "Well...i was busy today but..." "No no! Chez, hun if you need to do school work thatll come first. We can shop another time sweetie....maybe next weekend." Her mom smiled
"Mom, we'd be studying all day probably....dont we have to like design a poster?" She asked Luke. "Yeah, the poster. its gotta be a presentation made to a very high standard" He sighed. "Dont worry sweetie...." He mom smiled. "Okay." Cheryl stood up putting her chair in. "Oh, uh Mikey gave me a lift with Kassie!" Luke nodded. "She was asking if you could stay tonight? apprently youve not stayed in a while? i dont know" He chuckled.
"Yeah, you can stay. Just give me a little call later okay sweetie." Her mom smiled. "Thanks mom!" She kissed her cheek and done the same to her dad. "See ya tomorrow!" She grinned nearly running up the stairs. Luke waiting downstairs and Cheryl grabbed her already packed bag and ran back downstairs. "Bye!!! love you!" She shouted before grabbing Luke and leaving the house. He laughed at her and they saw everyone sticking their heads out Mikey's large car. "Wayyhayy!!" Ash shouted. "Shhh!" Cheryl giggled. "Come on!" Luke took her hand and ran to the car before they all got caught.
"Here we come LA!" Michael shouted before beeping and driving off.
