It was coming to the end of the night, the guys were on neary every ride that was there. They stood eating looking around. Cheryl looked up at the large ferris type wheel. Putting a piece of cotton candy in her mouth she sighed. "Wow, that is so high." She told them all "What?" Ash turned. "Oh yeah, Jodes...we havent been on that." He winked at her. "We have" Kassie grinned. "Course you have...anywhere else you've made out?" Jenn told Kassie.
"Leave us alone!" Michael chuckled. "Yeah! just because we can do it!" Kassie stuck her tongue out. "Actually...." Cal smiled and Jenn. "OhMyGosh!" Jodi gapsed. "Are you guys official?" She grinned. Jenn looked at Calum shy and he nodded then he kissed her cheek. "Yeah, we're a couple. Jenn...will you be my girlfriend?" He asked a grinning yet bright red Jenn. "Yeah, course" She nodded. They both kissed again and everyone cooed except Luke and Cheryl. They stood holding in their laugh. Not because they were mean, but because they knew it would happen after earlier on.
"Hey come on...last ride of the night" Luke smiled getting closer to Cheryl. She looked up at the wheel then back at him with a raised eyebrow. "Well it isnt a ride...but okay" She smiled. They both walked off with Jodi and Ashton behind them. They gave over their last ticket and stepped on. Jodi and Ash got on the one behind them and they sat down waiting for it to go. After a few minutes, they felt it move and it started getting higher. The view of San Fran was lovely at night, with all the lights. They could even see the bridge, it was all lit up too.
The breeze blew on them and Cheryl broke apart some cotton candy. "Some?" She smiled handing Luke a piece. He nodded and took it "Thanks" He smiled. Music came over the speakers on the ride. Ed Sheeran-thinking out loud. Cheryl laughed silently. "How much....do you want to bet that Jodi and Ash are making out down there?" Cheryl giggled. "Uh..i do not want to know!" Luke chuckled going a little red. Cheryl smiled at him and looked up at him. "Y'know...a few months back and that, you seemed like the tough guy but...over the past few weeks, your like...not." She told him.
"Thats good right?" He asked smiling. "Course it is!" Cheryl laughed. "Like...its better than the tough guy. So much more." She smiled at him. "Thats good then...because im not. I'm a good guy." He told her looking at her. "I know that....now" Cheryl smiled sweetly. Luke nodded and put one arm around her. "If...this is weird....?" He asked. Cheryl thought for a moment then shook her head. "No. its fine...we're past that....mistake" She spoke quietly. He looked at her. "Cheryl?" "Hmm?" She answered looking out into the distance.
"I know....I like, spending time with you. Your cool, and really awesome...but...that back in LA, it wasnt my mistake. I knew what i was doing, i just panicked a little because of everything in the past." Cheryl listened and she was suprised. She nodded and kept staring out. "Yeah...i know. We've sorted it anyway" She spoke quietly. As much as she wanted to tell him she liked him...she kept quiet. She knew he didnt like her like that, besides he probably just kissed her because he could. However she wasnt going to ruin their little friendship over it.
