At the garage;
Jenn and Calum sat on the little stage step they had as Jodi and Ash giggled away in the back corner. Mikey and Kassie sat on the sofa bickering then kissing, then slapping each other, then kissing again. Their relationship has such an up and down ride, a roller coaster would get sick! Cheryl and Luke sat on the other end of the sofa, Cheryl was squished up next to Luke and Kassie and Mikey took up nearly all the room!
"Y'know...you can sit on my knee" Luke chuckled into Cheryl's neck. She smiled but shook her head. "No its fine, i uh...may break your legs" She giggled. "You wont! dont be silly!" He told her looking offended. Cheryl laughed quietly as Luke's leg got kicked into her. "Oi dude, do you mind?!" Luke turned to Michael. "Sorry but blame her! she started it!" He pointed to Kassie. "She's got a name, dumbass!" She shoved his shoulder. See, up and down relationship.
Cheryl sighed as she stood up and walked over to the small table where drinks were laid out. She searched and got a bottle of water before turning and heading outside. She opened the door, darkness with lit streets came into view and the music muffled a little as the door closed behind her. She looked around the street with passing cars, people walking as she took a sip of water. She looked up at the sky and smiled. She felt happy, calm. Something that didnt fill Cheryl's mind a lot. She was always worrying about something.
She stood outside for a few minutes getting some air, before the door opened and Luke popped his head out. "You alright cutie?" He asked smiling. She smiled at him before turning her face back to the street. "Yeah, just needed some air...y'know" She shrugged turning back to him. "MmHmm" Luke nodded smiling at her. He stood beside her for a moment before sliding in behind her, wrapping his arms around her. Cheryl giggled leaning her head back. "I like it like this" She sighed. "Me too" He kissed the top of her head.
They stood for a moment, Cheryl took Luke's hand and intertwined their fingers. Earning small chuckles from Luke made her smile. She leaned her head back looking up at him and he looked at her before leaning down and kissing her. She felt warm, safe in Luke's arms. "We could head back to mine?" Cheryl asked him, soon realizing what she said. Luke looked at her for a moment before she turned around to face him. "Just too...hang" She quickly told him. He smiled, and laughed quietly. He hugged her, his warmth making her smile.
"We've been here for a while anyway" He whispered to her and she nodded. "I'll get my jacket" Cheryl smiled as they held hands walked back inside. Once they got their stuff, and said a quick goodbye they headed out and to Cheryl's. They walked down the street laughing, and playing around. "Hey! you cant push!" Luke laughed and grabbed Cheryl by her sides. "Ahh! dont tickle!" She gasped and laughed. "What you gonna do...!" She laughed pretending she was acting tough. "Do you really wanna know?" He spoke in her ear.
Looking up at him Cheryl watched as he smirked at her. "Maybe i do" She told him, like a whisper. He held his hand out, and she looked at it before taking it. He walked towards her gate, and opened it, she held on tighter to his grip closing her gate behind them. She had a feeling, she wanted this to happen...but did she? He got to her door, and she took out her key she unlocked her door and they both walked in. It was obvious her parents werent home, she was lucky they came to her ceremony. Luke looked down at her, their breathing quite fast pacing as they nearly ran to her gate.
