They got a spot of the empty beach and set up a small fire. The sun was going down, the colours in the sky faded from purple, orange and pink. The palm trees were beautiful too. Cheryl stood with her hands in her jean pockets just staring out into the sea. "Looks familar!" Ash winked and Jodi making her blush and laugh. He kissed her cheek and got up to help Michael.
"You okay?" A soft yet deep voice asked Cheryl. "Yeah fine...why?" She asked Luke. "Just wondering..." He smiled softly walking beside her. He stood staring out into the water too. "Beautiful isnt it?" Cheryl smiled. Luke nodded. "its funny...right here, right now we're all together. With today and now enjoying this moment...yet it'll be gone by Monday" Cheryl sighed putting her head down. "We'll still be together" Luke told her .
"Yeah, but when we're back at school. This will be gone. Yes it'll be a memory of 'remeber that time when....? but we've got to associate with people back at school, and forget about this now." She told him. "We wont forget" Luke walked closer to her, much taller in height. "Yeah, i know we wont, but when we go back to reality and school, it will...sometimes i just feel like running away and doing this every day!" She admitted to him. "Like, just get away and think....!" She sighed. "Hey...." Luke spoke softly. Cheryl looked up at him and he smiled. "We'll alway have this!" He grinned.
She smiled at him then put her head down. "Dont worry" Luke smiled holding out his arms. Cheryl laughed silently and hugged him. He hugged her tight and then she turned around and he stood hugging her from behind. "If you ever need to get away and think...we can come back here" Luke told her. "Really?" She smiled. "Yep...even if its just us" He chuckled softly.
"Thank you Luke,,,," She smiled. "Dont worry...i dont mind" He told her.
"Hey you two! you coming over or what?" Michael shouted down to them. Luke turned and so did Cheryl ."Yeah!" Luke shouted back. "Come on" Cheryl smiled and Luke put his arm around her shoulder. They walked over to where the guys set up a little fire, and little seats. They sat down beside each other and smiled.
