prank planning
"oi lads" sirius was sitting on one of the chairs in their dorm, and resting his legs on the desk.
"what's new" said james, he was laying on the bed, while playing with his snitch.
peter was sitting opening a new box of bertie botts, and remus, as usual, was reading.
they were all clearly bored.
"we haven't done the prank yet" sirius said.
"cuz it's a bad idea!" remus replied, as if the answer was obvious.
"since when do you care about these stuff?" james replied, yawning.
remus ignored them.
"cmon moony! it'll be great! imagine all the slytherins' robes pink!" sirius asked.
"its clearly not a good idea! i mean the prank, clearly not when we can make their robes transparent!"
james' eyes widened as a huge grin spread on all of their faces.
"moony you are brilliant!" sirius exclaimed.
"always the tone of surprise" he answered with a roll of his eyes.
"so do you have a spell that can do that?"
"not yet but i'm sure i can find one" remus replied.

remus went to the library, looking for charms books that might have the spell they are looking for. he skipped breakfast and dinner, by spending that time in the library .
"moony, as much as i'm sure we all want you to find that spell, you look exhausted" james said, as he, sirius and peter stopped by to check on remus.
"yeah moony, you look really tired, the full moon is tomorrow" sirius said as he inched closer to remus so that he can inspect him, leaving a couple of centimeters between the two of them.
sirius notice the dark eyes under remus' eyes were becoming more apparent than ever, and his hunched figure, appearing thinner than normal and realized for the first time, how much pain remus must be hiding from them every month.
there's got to be a way to help him.
and he won't give up until he finds a way.
