Buck's POV
My boyfriend is in the army. He's overseas now. I'm a firefighter so I understand. I miss him I haven't seen him in a year. I barely get to talk to him and it's only for like 5 minutes when I do. His clothes don't smell like him anymore but I still like to wear them. My fire station and my team which is kinda like my family has never meet him before because the last time he was home he could only stay for a week then he had to go back. I've been trying to pick up shifts to get him off my mind but it's hard. Especially when more time keeps adding up. We've been together for 4 years and 2 and half years I haven't gotten to see him at all.

Nobody's POV
Buck was at work. They get a call about a pile up on the interstate. Buck gets in the truck with his team and they go to the sight. There wasn't a pile up and he was so confused
"What's going on" Buck asked
Hen wraps a blindfold around his eyes and leads him out of the truck
"Hen what are you doing" Buck asked her
"Just come on" Hen says
Hen leads Buck to the middle of the road. Army soldiers make a circle around him. Hen removes the blindfold
"Are you trying to make me cry" Buck jokes
"Nope but you will" Eddie says
That wasn't Hen Buck thinks
Buck turns and Eddie is standing behind him. He throws himself into his arms and he was crying. Eddie just stood there holding Buck. Buck pulls back
"How did you do this" Buck asked
"Well Maddie helped me with the call, Athena helped me the traffic, your team helped me get you here and my brothers helped by distracting you" Eddie tells him
"I didn't really care" Buck says
"I know" Eddie laughs
