you still couldn't believe it.
your coffee barista, taejoon, was sitting in your house, watching a scary movie with you, snuggling against you. hell, you only met him two months ago at planetbucks, only to go on countless dates with him, some not so appropriate to say, but you could tell he loved you dearly; he was merely hooked on you.
you couldn't ask for anything better, a boyfriend that seems tough but is actually just a big softie just for you, and you loved every single bit of it. taejoon rest his head against your shoulder, a small smile on his face.
"i never would of dreamed of this, to be honest." he suddenly interrupted the silence, making you look into his eyes that you seemed to lose yourself in, but every time you stared into them he would just smile.
"how?" you asked.
"i never would of dreamed of having the most beautiful person in my arms." he grins, before you scoff and softly slap his arm, deeming him the 'corniest man alive'.
"i thought you were the type of guy to beat somebody up over barely touching them when i first saw you. you looked so goddamn intimidating," you giggled. "but i have to thank mila for pointing you out, if I hadn't asked for your number, who would i date?"
"me, i'd still chase after you." taejoon joked, making the two of you burst into laughter. he sighs afterward, bringing you closer to him and you could feel the heat radiating off of him, but that's what made cuddling with him even better: he was like a big warm teddy bear. wrapping your arms around him, you lay your head on his chest, the both of you had totally forgotten about the horror film but it seemed too irrelevant right now.
his hands lay on your back, before they cupped your face and taejoon gave you a small peck on the forehead, making you smile brightly.
